Out loud the Palestinian Authority is saying they want their new state to have the 1967 borders in their request for Statehood from the U.N. Of Course, we know that is completely out of the question. But what the P.A. is telling Hamas and Fatah is that while they want to start with the 1967 borders, they plan to step forward and claim the 1947 borders after that:
