Fox News LLC and the Glenn Beck Show Part II

Ok everyone.

I’ve put a lot of thought into this, but can only come to one conclusion: that I must stop posting the Glenn Beck Show or Stossel. They are now actively monitoring this site thanks to Schubert and are removing from youtube any of their videos I post, no matter who uploaded it to youtube, no matter how short. And because they are not watching my every move, they will probably just chase me around anywhere I go.

It’s their content, so it’s their decision. And Schubert’s, of course. Thanks for that buddy.

There are other places that post the Glenn Beck Show, and I hope you find them. If I mention it here I’m sure Fox News will take them down too.

I will continue to post everything else I have been posting, so I hope you don’t leave.

Sorry about all of this. You’ve got Schubert to thank.

Fox News LLC and the Glenn Beck Show

I got hit again today and my youtube account got deleted. Another account from a different user also got hit.

I am not giving up yet on finding the show and embedding it, but I ask you to please be patient. I am not sure what time tonight the show will be posted, but I’ll have it here as soon as I possibly can.

Also, I am up for suggestions on how to keep this going.

Thanks

UPDATE:

from: Schubert
subject: You post them, I’ll report them to Fox.

Message body:
Yep, it was me that reported your blog to Fox Legal.
I’m glad they got around to it so soon (pretty fast!)

It kinda sucks because I rely on your youtube
page to watch Glenn Beck (and Stossel!)

However, I won’t have Beck’s message distorted
by your pal Cubachi or the other neo-can garbage
that’s creeping into this site. Posting that clip
from that weasel Frank Luntz also turned my stomach. I even sent you a counter-argument
to that piece of shit and you opted to ignore it (it’s your right to do so).

So keep up the ‘good fight’, and post anti-constitutional garbage.

i’ll be sure to keep checking in and REPORTING any
COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS you make.

It IS your blog, but NOT your clips.

Your friend,

Schubert

Uh oh – Eric Massa being investigated for groping male staffers

I wonder if Glenn Beck is considering canceling his interview with Massa:

Former Rep. Eric Massa has been under investigation for allegations that he groped multiple male staffers working in his office, according to three sources familiar with the probe.

The allegations surrounding the New York Democrat date back at least a year, and involve “a pattern of behavior and physical harassment,” according to one source. The new claims of alleged groping contradict statements by Massa, who resigned his office on Monday after it became public that he was the subject of a House ethics committee investigation for possible harassment.

Massa had said that the allegations were limited to his use of “salty language” with his staff. He apologized for making some inappropriate comments and argued he was being unfairly villified. Days later, Massa accused the White House and Democratic congressional leaders of trying to oust him from office to improve their chances of passing health care reform legislation. Massa could not be reached for comment Tuesday, and no one answered the phone at his home in New York or his campaign office. Staff at his former congressional offices declined to relay messages to him and said they did not know how to reach him.

It’s like I said yesterday, his quick retirement didn’t smell right.

Glenn Beck apologizes to Michelle Malkin

Just a few seconds in you are going to be thinking “what kind of apology is this?” Well, if you hang on to the end of the clip, you will get to hear the actual apology. It’s there, and I think he really means it.

Also, be sure and check out Ed Morrissey’s take on the disagreement.

Video: Glenn Beck and Michelle Malkin disagree over Eric Massa

This is a tough interview, but I will say that Beck apologizes profusely in the next segment. I’ll post the audio of his apology shortly.

Nigerian Muslims slaughter 500 Christians

This really saddens me to post this as I have great difficulty wrapping my mind around this kind of brutality. (via GatewayPundit)

On early Sunday morning Muslim herders attacked Christian villagers in Nigeria with machetes.
500 Christians were slaughtered.

Villagers in central Nigeria buried dozens of bodies, including those of women and children, in a mass grave on Monday after attacks in which several hundred people were feared to have been killed. (Reuters)

Some of the bodies had been charred. Some had slash marks across their faces. One young victim was found to be scalped and few others were found with cut off hands and legs.

The Muslim hackers shouted “Allah Akhbar” (God is Great) before breaking into homes and hacking the Christians to death.
The AFP reported:

UN chief Ban Ki-moon and Washington led calls for restraint on Monday after the slaughter of more than 500 Christians in Nigeria, as survivors told how the killers chopped down their victims.

Funerals took place for victims of the three-hour orgy of violence on Sunday in three Christian villages close to the northern city of Jos, blamed on members of the mainly Muslim Fulani ethnic group.

While troops were deployed to the villages to prevent new attacks, security forces detained 95 suspects but faced bitter criticism over how the killers were able to go on the rampage at a time when a curfew was meant to be in force.

Media reported that Muslim residents of the villages in Plateau state had been warned by phone text message, two days prior to the attack, so they could make good their escape before the exit points were sealed off.

Survivors said the attackers were able to separate the Fulanis from members of the rival Berom group by chanting ‘nagge’, the Fulani word for cattle. Those who failed to respond in the same language were hacked to death.

One local paper said the gangs shouted Allah Akhbar (God is Great) before breaking into homes and setting them alight in the early hours of Sunday. Churches were among the buildings that were burned down.

I’d be lying to you if I didn’t tell you that I think this could be emblematic of the fact that we could very well be in the last days. I’ve been feeling this way for quite some time, what with all the talk of one world government and one world currency. The Bible talks about how Christians will be hated even more in the last days, and this sure seems to be pretty devastating evidence. Nothing is certain (in regards to timing), though I do think many are aware that we could be only years of away from Christ’s return. Look, I know some of you don’t believe in God and that’s fine. I realize that in writing this some of you will think I’m one of those crazy religious zealots, and perhaps I am in the worlds eyes. I’m okay with that. Just don’t be put off by my thoughts on this.

Also, there’s graphic video (that I haven’t watched) of the massacre over at GatewayPundit’s site, so I’m gonna make you go there to see it. Be warned it’s graphic.

Eric Massa – Can he be trusted?

If you haven’t heard the now infamous audio from Eric Massa’s Sunday interview, you should listen to it. I’ve been thinking about this all day, listening and reading what other prominent conservatives think about his verbal (over)reaction to the ethics scandal.

I want to believe him because his claims seem quite feasible given the lockstep attitude that this congress and administration has taken on all things big government. This is their time, and Obama’s the one they’ve been waiting for. The Obama administration, as well as congressional democratic leaders don’t want to let this time, maybe their only time to enact their statist agenda, to slip through their fingers. They have proved that the will of the people doesn’t matter to them. In fact the only thing that scared some of them was the fact that Scott Brown won in Mass.

Given all of that, there are a couple of things still bother me about this entire debacle. I saw this video on Michelle Malkin’s site:

It’s obvious that he is big government since he is single-payer, so that tells us where he really stands. I’m guessing that because the Senate bill doesn’t have a public option he wants no part of it. Also, he says that you can’t effectively govern this country without the consent of the governed. But the governed doesn’t want single-payer, and if that is his goal then he is contradicting himself. Perhaps he changed his mind, but I doubt it.

My last issue is the biggest, at least for me. If he feels that he is so right and doesn’t want to go out quietly in the night, then why is he resigning? If he really cared that much about stopping this health care reform, then why would he resign and let Nancy Pelosi pass the bill? That just doesn’t make since. Either this is an orchestrated farce or he is trying to protect something that he doesn’t want to get out.

Something doesn’t smell right and I imagine it will come out in the wash pretty soon.

Glenn Beck foolishly calls Geert Wilders a fascist – UPDATE: Is this a pattern at FNC?

Glenn Beck irritated me BIG TIME today because of what he said on his TV show.

Beck discussed the incoming economic collapse of Europe that will trickle down around the world and US.

However, he went to say, that when there is economic unrest, there will be the rise of the extreme left (communists) and extreme right (fascists). And who did he idiotically point to as a fascist? Geert Wilders.

“Fox News LLC has required me to take down the video of Glenn Beck calling Geert Wilders a fascist.”

A hero, a man who is risking life and limb to rescue the Netherlands and Europe from radical Islamization and communism taking grip of his country and continent. Everyday he has to wear a safety vest and hide his family and give them 24-hour security because he is willing to say the unpopular thing to protect and defend his nation.

Glenn Beck had Geert Wilders on his show twice. Once on Headline News:

And on Fox News:

He even called the man “brave”, “a hero.”

Think before you speak Glenn Beck. This was a blatant tag of “fascist” on Geert Wilders and it was foolish of Beck to do so. Shame on you Glenn. I hope you rescind your comment on Wilders and publicly apologize to him.

UPDATE: Looks like there is a pattern formulating in Fox News with smearing Geert Wilders. Thanks to fellow poster ANTHONY for pointing this out to me on Twitter and to David Swindle of NewsRealBlog.

It looks like Fox News is having a vicious pattern against Geert Wilders. Today on Fox News Special Report with Bret Baier, they smeared Wilders. They reported him as:

“A man who inspires fierce emotions.”

“Anger on the streets of London. The object of the demonstration was a recent visit by Far-Right Dutch politician Geert Wilders.”

“His Anti-Muslim rhetoric makes him a target of critics.”

“Wilders says Muslim head scarves should be banned, he’s branded the Muslim prophet Muhammed a pedophile and likened the Muslim Koran to Mein Kampf.”

All of these are lies as NewsRealBlog pointed it out. I recommend you read it.

Here is what Krauthammer, AB Stoddard, and Bill Kristol labeled Wilders:

Krauthammer said that Wilders was wrong about Islam — that the Dutch politician did not see a difference between Islam and Islamism. *Rolls eyes.* So those who follow “Islam” ignore passages of the Koran and those who follow “Islamism” actually do what the book tells them to do? Is that right, Charles? Just want to make sure I’m up to speed on the preferred Orwellianisms on the Politically Correct Right.

Stoddard’s comments — she said that Wilders saw no difference between terrorist Muslims and non-violent Muslims — indicate that it’s likely that her first exposure to Wilders was the segment. And Kristol? He dismissed Wilders as a “demagogue.”

Something weird and very wrong is happening to Fox News.

UPDATE II: Here are some people you should check out on their opinions of Beck and Fox News v. Geert Wilders:

Dan Rather: Obama couldn’t sell Watermelons

Wow, I can’t believe Rather would say such a thing in this political environment! And I would imagine that he won’t be labeled a racist or anything like that from our friends at MSNBC. They are so consistent and they don’t have any agendas over there.

“Obama couldn’t sell watermelons if you gave him the State Trooper to flag down traffic”
