And why did O'Reilly ask her mundane questions? Because it's all he thought she could handle.
Add this interview with ones he's done with Megyn Kelly (and others) where he steams them by telling them that their looks got them where they were. And I mean more so than a news caster is also a model. He all but says that it (the way they look) is not a plus but their major asset.

I love how Glenn Beck gets accused of saying the things he says only for profit and money. Holy cow. Check out O'Reilly. It is so clear he is using the GMA stage to appear as moderate as possible in order to increase his audience. He called the people upset with Scott Brown Far Right Loons. I guess the man just called me a loon then….and I only thought MSNBC hosts were cruel enough to name call conservatives.

O'Reilly is as fake as his declared “independent” position.
He continually likes to bash his audience. His ratings will get hurt because of it. He can keep poking and soon it will backfire.
- cubachi
I agree with you. O'Reilly is so disrespectful to women. Did you notice the soft porn of bikini or linegere clad women he continuously plays on his show? And he's supposedly the culture police.

The previous comments sound about right on. My old man likes O' Reilly, but I NEVER DID figure out WHY.
Anyone who thinks that marijuana should remain illegal because “Alcohol is very dangerous and it's already legal. Why have two dangerous things legal?” and have NOTHING to BACK THAT UP has a MUDDLED sense of logic.

So Cubachi is a Palinista. Being a Palinista you might already be familiar with this.
http://www.conservatives4palin.com/ has a 15 minute interview posted of Palin on the Hannity radio show.
And http://www.adoringpalin.com/ has a post up about a new website they have started about Palin.
It’s official. PalinTV is now live. Many of you are already familiar with the site, which has been a work in progress as we have been working through development issues, site design, and other bugs. Today I’m proud to announce that we’re ready to go.
The site will contain most, if not all, of Governor Palin’s speeches, interviews, press conferences, etc. going back as far as we can to get a hold of the clips. The site already contains over 100 videos.
We are currently uploading videos from our archives on a daily basis at a rate of at least 3 per day. By the end of the month we should have a collection of nearly 300 videos.

Well, this goes along with the comment I left earlier and that there is something not well in O'Reilly World. I think he may be considered a conservative, but I see him as a wolf in sheeps clothing. He sheen is being tarnished more and more and I get the impression he is living up to his credentials. That he is one of the elitists in the conservative realm who does not want someone such as Sarah Palin near the seat of power. That is reserved for their ilk.
- cubachi
Are you of PalinTV or any of the Palin sites you just posted?
And I do call myself a “Palinista” because Palin and I share the same values as women. However, it does not mean she is my only choice for 2012. I am open-minded when it comes to other candidates.
- johnos2112
Bill you need to stick to these 3 core values which you won't. Fiscal responsibility, limited govt and free market solutions. Most Americans want this. Competition brings prices under control, govt not spending out of control and keeping the govt small. How tough is this to understand?

There was no judgement in my post. Far from it.
I really like Palin and support her and many of her endeavors. Like everyone else I have no idea if she would toss her hat into the presidential ring for 2012 or later. She comes across a lot better than she did earlier in her introduction to America. I don't know if she would be ready if she was going to run in 2012. And if she was, would the Independents pull for her?
Most of the vile and disgusting attacks against her have turned out to false, as I'm sure you know, but do those Independents know that? I also know that many on the right are against her for many reasons. One of the reasons is that they feel that if she got the nomination, then the Democrats would be in charge for another 4 years.
I came to know who Governor Palin was long before Senator McCain introduced her. No, not because I closely follow Alaskan politics, but because she was on the Glenn Beck show numerous of times when he was over at CNN's Headline News. She was on to talk about putting America on the right track for energy independence. I liked her stance. If I recall correctly the more she appeared the larger the scope of conversation turned to. I liked her opinions on many topics and she was quite open about talking about Islamists.
I recall even Beck joking about if she were to run for president she would get his vote. He really liked her position on setting America right in the energy department. And her willingness to call a terrorist a terrorist without getting all PC.
So to repeat, I have no idea which road she is going to follow, but I'm definitely a fan of hers.
And no, I don't have anything to do with those Web sites I posted.

I first came to know Palin when Hot Air posted about her months before McCain chose her as VP. I saw her appearances on Larry Kudlow's show and Beck's show and was so impressed by her, her life story, and her governance.
I do hope to see her run as president. I think her brand of common sense is much needed in Washington. We'll see if she has 2012 aspirations. If I had to guess, she does have those aspirations.
Thank you for your response.
There are moments Fox News host Bill O’Reilly frustrates me, and other times I cheer him on.
Today, the former overtakes the latter.
Yesterday, Bill O’Reilly appeared on Good Morning America and was interviewed by former Clinton aide George Stephanopoulos on whether Sarah Palin is qualified to be president:
O’Reilly states that Palin needs to go to “political college” and acknowledges that she has hired staff to aid her in that department. He also added that she needs to answer questions “substantively.”
I’m a Palinista, and I do agree that she needs to communicate policy in a concrete but not wonky way in her interviews, the way she has done on CNBC before running for Vice President and as she does through her Facebook posts, but that’s another article I may write in the future.
However, if you want substantive responses by Palin, why not ask her worthy questions to engage in legitimate political talk?
Watch his latest interview with Palin:
Did O’Reilly ask her about a nuclear Iran? The health care overhaul? Energy production? China’s ever-growing economy and prowess around the world? Russia? No.
He resorted into asking her mundane questions about the Tea Party movement which she has previously answered on his show, about “birthers”, and the latest on ‘Family Guy’ controversy. 15 minutes of nothing policy-wise.
Has O’Reilly asked some great questions to Palin in the past? Yes. But it’s usually muddled after some mundane controversy from the media has ginned up.
I never seen him ask such unimportant questions with any of the politicians that come to his show. Not to Newt Gingrich, Michele Bachmann, Dennis Kucinich, etc.
I hope the next time Sarah Palin comes on the TV show, O’Reilly will cut the bull, and give her some straight questions. Yes he can have some moments of levity, but if you have Palin as a political commentator, ask her about politics.
Treat Palin with some respect, and stop with the foolish stuff. The folks and Palin deserve better.
