Paul Broun: Evolution, Big Bang theory are lies from the pit of hell

I just watched a Rachel Maddow segment from earlier this week that included Paul Broun and the video below that I won’t make you watch. It was a comparison with a couple of men who’ve won the Nobel Prize for some pretty sophisticated physics stuff and of course these Republican throwbacks who are on the science committee, one of which was Paul Broun. His crime is that he believes in Jesus and he believes in the Bible, and that completely disqualifies him from being on the science committee in the mind of these elites like Rachel Maddow.

In any event, here’s the original clip of Paul Broun.

Watch:

I don’t know if earth is 6,000 yrs old or 9,000 years old, but I don’t really believe its some umpteen million years old. And I don’t believe in evolution or the big bang theory because it just doesn’t make sense. As Ravi Zacharais once said, to believe that we are the result of the big bang theory is to believe that a dictionary came into existence by an explosion in a printing press.

I believe in creation as it’s stated in the Bible, much like what Paul Broun suggests in this video. And I’m not afraid for people to know it, no matter how condescending and egotistical they are.
