Paul Ryan: Obama cuts only $119B over 10 years in his budget and it doesn’t start until four years after he’s gone

The president’s budget came out yesterday and it’s just as we expected – it’s big, bloated, and unsustainable. Paul Ryan talks about it with Greta and starts by telling her that after $1.1 trillion in increased revenue offset by $1 trillion in increased deficit spending, it only cuts $119B over 10 years – but it doesn’t begin making those cuts until 2020, four years after the president is long gone.

In other words, the budget is a joke. A big fat bloated joke that isn’t funny whatsoever:
