Paul Ryan to Mark Levin: My budget won’t become law

Paul Ryan was on with Mark Levin tonight and explained that he fully understands his budget won’t be law as he’s talked to the president and says they don’t see eye to eye on most issues. He also says that he can end the suspense on the Senate budget and says there’s no way it will balance the budget, ever.

The point right now is to find common ground and hopefully make a down payment on spending cuts for the future.
