Peter King: Justice Dept refuses to prosecute CAIR

Rep. Peter King says he was told by those working in the US Attorney’s Office who had prepared an indictment of CAIR (post Holy Land Foundation) in 2009 that the indictment was killed and never allowed to move forward:

Even though this doesn’t surprise me, it is still infuriating. This administration has done nothing but encourage radical Islam in the Middle East and it seems they are doing that here as well. We knew that Holder was sympathetic to certain terrorists organizations already, but this puts that on steroids.

    They are still dancing around the issue. You and a few other blogs will point toward the subversion this represents, but it will largely go unreported or dismissed as King’s bigotry.

    Embrace of Islam as a victim is a ey tool in the destruction of capitalism and sovereignty. No one in the media including Fox (sans Beck) will will admit that they, through misinformation and silence, are complicit in the destruction of America from within.

    This is a presidency, congress and judicial system committed to fulfilling its self-anointed destiny as the Post American government.

    It now falls to us the citizens, and time is short. If we do not rise up, it is our generation that will go down in history as the one that lost America.

    They are just prioritizing….Radical Islam…no problem….Voter intimidation, no harm….Defence of Marriage Act, don’t care…Mirandizing Terrorists, gotta do it…..Border Guards just doing their jobs, better convict them….and..uh-oh those poker guys look dangerous!

    I think it’s time for playing hardball (and I don’t mean watching Hissy Chrissy’s stupid CNN show). CAIR is an un-indicted co-conspirator in aiding and abetting terrorism, and Eric Holder, a man known for having terrorist sympathizers in his Justice Department:

    …needs to come under direct scrutiny. Its high time the House committees on Ethics, Homeland Security, Judiciary and Oversight & Government Reform should work with the Supreme Court in getting an investigation going into possible criminality in Eric Holder’s office, lead by a special prosecutor like KEN STARR. All records regarding his decisions that, ostensibly, run counter to the best interests of the United States, should be seized by US Marshals with a warrant from the United States Supreme Court. Any resistance should be met with immediate arrest and release only on condition of tethering of Holder, coupled with charges of contempt of court and obstruction of justice. Wouldn’t that be historic? Obama, himself, should be DEPOSED by that special prosecutor, to find out what he knew, and when he knew it. If he refuses, he should be SUBPOENAED to APPEAR before the Supreme Court, facing contempt of court and a BENCH WARRANT if he refuses, even it it only results in house arrest. If Holder is found to have engaged in criminality in obstructing the criminal prosecution of CAIR, he should be made into the common criminal we all know him to be. If Obama is involved, he should be charged as an accessory before and/or after the fact, and possibly conspiracy (as should Holder).

    This is the perfect time to clean house, as the investigation, by necessity, would also involve Joe Biden, the chiefs of staff, White House counsel, etc.

        Obama could easily keep that from happening…
        Just manufacture another ‘crisis’, and suspend the election until he wants to have it….if at all.

          He got all 3 of his democratic challengers kicked off the ballot for his state senate win.

          Surprising, the Republican candidate for Illinois US Senate race was expected to win easily against Obama…. Funny thing thing happened.. His wife was informed of an extra marital affair. He withdrew………… Obama won US Senate election with ease..

          He’s boasting of an expected 1 Billion dollar war chest for this election. He will bring out all the guns to win another 4 years.

          Persephone is correct……. Could it be a fudged National Security event that might call for special circumstances at election???

          I have no idea what might happen, but I’m betting something is going to happen that may have major implications on this coming election..

          As always with Obama…….. Watch the other hand!!!!!!!!!!

            Obama’s surrogates are already demonizing the Oil Companies.
            By the time gas hits $7/gal….people will be simmering.
            Add inflated food prices to that.
            We could see long lines at the gas pumps like we had during Carter.

            The stage is being set for riots in the streets….gas stations being set on fire.

            That would be enough to declare Martial Law, and suspend the 2012 elections.

            If there is enough unrest…in just One State…that would be enough ‘reason’ to suspend the elections.

    What we have…is massive capitulation to the threat of Islamic violence.
    The media capitulates.
    The politicians capitulate.
    The courts capitulate.
    Their message is loud and clear…’We are afraid of them’.

    CAIR shops the judges that they pick, before they file their blocking actions to legislation.

    If total anarchy does break out, these leftist judges should be rounded up and hung for causing it.

      I think Obama is not only working for the Muslim Brotherhood but the Weather Underground. They are both prominent groups in Chicago. He started his Senate Career in the home of Ayers. They groomed Obama for this job. The Weathermen had plans for years to infiltrate the government and destroy the country from within. Watch this video.

    Eric Holder is part of a crime syndicate. People should have known better than to place him in this position. For heavens sake his former law firm represented GITMO terrorists. He also pardoned the FALN Terrorists. I think many members of Congress need to answer for their vote for this low life.

    What in God’s Holy Name is it going to take for this country to wake up and see the daily destruction coming upon us? I used to say that the U.S. wouldn’t survive another six years of MaObama; now I have to say I’m not certain it will survive another year and a half! What’s wrong with the electorate in this country? Don’t they care (apathetic)? Don’t they know (ignorant)? Or are many of them just plain stupid? (No excuse for that one)! Maybe a combination of all three?
