Say what?
The nonchalance with which Martin drops the racial slur “cracker” in reference to white Southern conservative voters here is bad enough. What bugs me even more about this clip is his implication that of course Newt himself is a bigot, white Southern conservatives are all basically racists, and therefore Newt has a unique appeal to these “racist” voters, or something.
It is such ignorant political commentary, but by now we all know full well that ignorant political commentary is their specialty over at MSNBC. Unbelievable.
