		<description>This is a horrible idea. How would this limit North Korea? At the worst, it would provoke China and further exacerbate things with North Korea as there would be two nuclear powers practically next door to each other. To further militarize the world is dangerous to the fragile relationships in place already. Nuclear proliferation for peace? Sounds like turning up the volume instead. Turn off Krauthammer&#039;s noise.</description>
