Rand Paul says that we are talking about this upside down, that with Boehner’s plan we are only cutting 2 trillion or so from a baseline that adds 9 trillion. Therefore he says Boehner’s plan still adds 7 trillion to the debt. Honestly that’s a great way to look for it.
