Rep. George LeMieux: Why do we have over 1400 domestic skimmers but only 400 are being used in the Gulf?

Rep. LeMieux points out that 65 days into the Gulf oil spill crisis, we know that there are 850 skimmers in the Gulf states region, with only 400 deployed.

This is inexcusable.
