Rep. Lungren torches Holder for DOJ using Fast & Furious failings to justify more gun laws

Rep. Lungren first establishes the difference between Gunrunner/Wide Receiver and Fast and Furious with Holder, the difference being that in Fast & Furious the agents were instructed to break off surveillance after the guns were delivered which was not so in Wide Receiver. But the main point in his inquiring is to find out why Holder and the DOJ were using the failings of what Holder admits was a flawed program, to pursue more gun laws. Of course Holder denies this, but Lungren doesn’t let him off the hook:
