Rep. Tom Cotton slams Obama admin for allowing jihadis to reach their targets

This is a great clip by Rep. Tom Cotton. He slams the Obama administration by pointing out that 5 jihadis have reached their targets while no jihads reached their targets after 9/11 under the Bush administration. Clearly he believes the Obama administration isn’t doing enough to keep Americans safe.
