Not that there is a question of that with me.. But the talk we hear today is as if there is small print or some regulatory power congress could use for regulating the right to Bear Arms...
When we should all know since maybe Junior High that a Regulation is Law!!
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be *****infringed.***** i.e. Act so as to limit or undermine.. There is no small print to look for or loop holes a Congress can not infringe on the Rights of the People or State Militia in any way....
Should libtards own Guns or I should have said insane people own Guns "shall not be infringed" but if used in crimes or in a way law does not permit that can be regulated or if you prefer can be a criminal act that has a Consequence.... I believe we have those already.. The point is Congress has never had the authority to regulate or in any way infringe on the rights guaranteed by the Second Amendment.... Anyone with tenth a brain knows a President has never or should ever have the authority to infringe or legislate.
I have no issue with the background checks or even the so called cooling down period. It may help so OK.. But with each new regulation Congress had no authority to use or write in the first place they slowing infringe on the peoples ability to buy - use - Bare Arms..
That's how we get this talk as though we are reading from a 2000 page document called the Second Amendment!!!!!
It's going to piss off a lot of people but I agree with him. the true intent of 2nd Amendment is to defend against government tyranny. How do you do that when the government is way over armed?
One thing I am curious about but have not heard anyone bring up which I think will shed some light on whether citizens should have the same arms as the military has and that is:
We know there were no Tanks in the time of our Founding Fathers but there were cannons. So was it commonplace for citizens to have their own cannons?
This does not seem like a difficult thing for historians to look into yet I haven't heard reports of anyone doing it.
Good luck getting to the bottom of criminal gun violence. I say "criminal" because a lot of gun violence is justified if you are being attacked (self defense).
Criminals don't obey the laws. Make all the laws you want, criminals will still have guns. Completely ban guns and criminals will still have guns. Black market. Unless you put up the great wall of China on both borders, there's not going to be any way to stop gun smuggling....which would boom if guns were completey banned.
Disarm law abiding citizens and the only ones with guns will be the criminals.

Because of the actions of the Men that signed the Declaration of Independence as well as the actions of the men at Concord on April 19th 1775 that we even have a second amendment. Or military weapons for that matter. I said a couple days ago that if these Marxists idiots do want to ban assault weapons. They have to go back in time over 6200 years and remove the "SLING" from the hand of David or the ass jaw bone from Cain whom slew able. These are the fathers of the military style assault weapon and the military. With out them we would not be!

The reason why we defeated the British twice is because we had citizens who were armed. When only the cops and the military have the guns, then they have the power. When citizens have guns, they have the power. The reason why that leftists want to take away firearms from the legalm law-abiding citizens is because they fear them. So long as those citizens are armed, the leftists cannot fully impliment their Marxist agenda.
While we are living in a very dangerous world today, the 2nd Amendment is not about having a gun for personal protection or just for hunting…. its in place to protect ourselves from government tyranny, and if our government has AR-15's then the people deserve to own one also. If this country broke out into a Revolutionary war people better hope they have something for protection & a hand gun with 1-2 boxes of ammo is not going to do it. While the shootings that are happening are horrific & tragic..most of these type of shootings are due to mentally deranged people with problems, and this should be where the focus is. But understand…THIS government is after our guns, as soon as they can find a way to do it. They were taken back by the strong wills of the American people, as they attempted to use the previous tragedy to further that agenda, you only have to look @ how FAST they tried to push legislation through. Unfortunately there is probably going to be another one of these tragedies & our government will try again…playing on the emotions of the people. We need to treat the problem, not the symptoms.
What about the medications that are being prescribed? No talk from the media on this subject. I wonder why?
if only all these politicians thought this way, consider Sweden, every home has a fully auto machine gun(don't worry libturds, every home that has no previous crime convictions) and the crime rate is nearly 0, that's right, once again the facts tell the story, more guns, less crime!!!!!!!
People forget that many of the Patriots had rifles which were technologically superior to the British muskets- slower to load but far more accurate at a longer range. 0 wants us to have muzzle loaders to protect ourselves. Has the MSM demonized Yoho yet?
What I heard him say is "We need to go into people's homes and regulate guns and behavior there". Sounds like the same thing that La Pier had to say a while back.

I`ve emailed Cruz twice and Thornberry once. Mac`s office acknowledged right away but have yet to hear from Cruz`s people (as much as he`s been on tv I`m sure his people are busy). I would say he is a TEA party-er, you know, a RINO, a Republican in name only. And good for him. Can't wait till the TEA party is an actual Political Party!
a good example of a Republican would be Erick Erickson, who cleared his Red State rolls of conservatives who challenged him AND Newt about supporting Scazafava in NY23 instead of the Conservative Party candidate. What did she do? She pulled out and endorsed the Democrat, which was more conservative than she. Party over Position, it is the same today, the Republicans are the roll over party, why? They believe in big government, but will promise conservatives conservatism, lower spending, closing down of EPA, Department of Education, etc. in order to get elected, but those things NEVER happen. You have to ask yourself if you are being hoodwinked.
I think TEA party means conservative, RINO would indicate someone who only uses the name Republican to get elected, therefore IF the establishment IS NOT CONSERVATIVE, and never were, then a RINO would be a conservative, or better yet a Reagan conservative.
Why don't just call him a conservative Republican to differentiate him from the establishment (RINOS) since there is not an official Tea Party political party.
Republicans were traditionally BIG GOVERNMENT, STRONG central government proponents FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PARTY, in Wisconsin.
Let's now come into the modern sense, the Republican Establishment HATED Reagan, and demanded he choose a centrist G. H. W. Bush as his running mate. They bucked Reagan for all of his eight years. Now fast forward to the last census, in Florida, the traditional republicans redrew a TRUE PATRIOT and STRONG CONSERVATIVE members district so it would be difficult for him to win, and he did not win. Now, hopefully, Allen West can do some good on getting young people interested in politics. Then, we have Boehner kicking conservatives out of leadership positions.
