Damn Iran to hell. This man is an innocent victim because of his Christianity. Why don't we storm the prison where he is and rescue him and other Americans being held for no reason.
A Christian in a radical Islamist country NOT being persecuted and tortured would be the real news.
There is a song: " I know who goes before me. I know who stands behind. The God of angel armies is always by my side." It makes my heart break that he is being treated with such evil, but I know God and his angel armies are beside him and the victory is His in the end. I will continue to pray for an extra portion of his mercy and protection for this brave man.
Oh and where are those haters who made such a big stink about waterboarding??? We the USA are such horrible, torturers of the world. *eye rolling*
Pray hard for a miracle or for the Lord to take this brave man into His kingdom.
He has God's soft voice with him... I pray that brings him comfort and peace.

Obama did nothing over Benghazi, Ft. Hood, the doctor who helped us get Bin Laden, and several other similar things... I'd be surprised if he did a single thing to help this man... especially because Obama has nothing to gain from it.

While our hearts weep for our brothers and sisters who suffer, we can't forget that this has been going on since the beginning of the church. We pray that God's will will be done, while hoping we can see Pastor Abedini freed, yet that may or may not be God's will for him. We can pray too that the Pastor's witness will touch hearts of those who see this going on.
God Bless this pastor and his family. We know he's in Your hands Lord.
Beautiful ABC. Nothing is too difficult with God. We don't know what God's purpose is for Saeed's life but we have the assurance that our Heavenly Father is with him as He was with the apostles Peter, Paul and Silas.

Anytime Saeed Abedini is mentioned so should Dr. Afridi's who is tortured for helping us get Bin Ladin. Hillary and Barack don't and never did give a damn, neither does Kerry.

I haven't heard Obama condemn or criticize, the murder, torture, beheading, imprisonment, or even crucifixion of any Christians in any Muslim country.
I have read where he would side with the Muslims though.
Is hating Obama a hate crime? If it is, then I'm guilty...and proud of it. It's OK to hate sin. Obama is sin personified.
Call me Ishmael, but I don't think a US President should be like that. I also don't think he should've helped facilitate the reincarnation of an Islamic Caliphate or the reunification of the Ottoman Empire.

Time for some Iranian agents to start "disappearing" around the world. We used to do that all the time during the Cold War. Kill or, better yet, capture some Iranian agents and then trade him for Abedini and his family and bring them here to the United States. This was common practice with the Soviet Union's agents and it worked. It would also send a message to the Iranians to knock this sort of stuff off. After all, this is the only thing Persians understand, the use of force and trading. Time for a lot of both.
Someone like president Reagan would not think about it twice. Remember when he ordered the attack on Lybia in '86? He was denied overflight right by many European countries and he still went ahead with the attack. With the current one in the WH, I won't hold my breath.
Obama is going to be in the area soon. Maybe he will interject himself in this since he does here all the time. But the guy is a Christian so.............................
