Rick Perry put a letter in Obama’s hand and told him that if he was really serious about securing the border, that he knows how, and will meet with him anytime, anyplace to make it happen. I’d say this was a great move by Perry, especially in election year. Everyone knows that Obama doesn’t want to secure the border, and by giving him the letter personally, he has now put Obama on the spot and he’ll have to make a decision on whether to take him up on it or ignore it. Perry claims he has the goods on securing the border and the time for talk is over.
I wonder if Perry doing this now has anything to do with a run for President in 2012…
