Robert Gibbs blames rough press conf. for Carney on Obama sounding like him losing patience with his 9-yr-old

Not a great clip for the Obama White House coming from Former Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs, who says the tenor of the press conference for Carney today would have been different if Obama hadn’t answered the IRS question on Monday the way he did and sounded like Gibbs says he does when he loses patience with his 9-year-old. Ouchies!
