I should have posted this earlier, but better late than never:
The Romney campaign released a statement tonight regarding the attacks on US sovereignty in Cairo, Egypt and Benghazi, Libya. “I’m outraged by the attacks on American diplomatic missions in Libya and Egypt and by the death of an American consulate worker in Benghazi,” GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney said. “It’s disgraceful that the Obama Administration’s first response was not to condemn attacks on our diplomatic missions, but to sympathize with those who waged the attacks.”
Kirsten Powers tweeted out the Obama campaign’s response to the Romney statement, noting they seemed more concerned with Romney’s statement than the actual attacks:

Ouch! But she makes a great point. The Obama campaign seems more interested in playing politics than the actual tragedy itself.
