If Obozo worried about saving Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote, Yosemite Sam or even Ralph Bakshi's stable of characters, he'd be likely to milk more votes out of the effort.
Big Bird is a senior citizen and a fruity one at that.
Even Big Bird has told obummer that he doesn't have permission to use BB... I guess that just about says it all!
Not to put a wet blanket on all the fun we are having with this, but Big Bird and Sesame Street, are both the anchor symbol and PBS program that most Liberals hold dear. PBS represents everything Liberals believe in.

We have to teach the little children, from the day they are born, that they have to respect the earth, and all the animals, and all the insects, and especially, all the communists who look out for their welfare."
That is what PBS does, and that is what Sesame Street does, and that is what Big Bird does.
I don't know if you caught it today, but Glenn Beck did a segment today on his radio show, about the way our Educational system has been corrupted and taken over by the Communists and Liberals.

We've gone over this before. If you want to control the way a nation thinks, don't start with the old farts. Because they're not gonna buy your bullshit. Start with the children, and then follow them all the way through Graduate School with more bullshit.
The point of Glenn Beck's program today, was that it isn't just that we are graduating these kids through our educational system, and turning out new Liberals on a daily basis.
No, if that was the only problem, we could probably get a handle on it, and turn it around. The actual problem, is that we are already into the second generation of the Communist plan from the sixties.
The college professors, who are teaching our children today, are the ones who are doing the damage. They are the ones who were indoctrinated into the program early on, and now they are ones who are teaching our kids.
Our Educational system is corrupt, beyond all measure. We no longer teach History. We no longer teach Fine Arts, or even appreciation of Art. We no longer teach our children what it means to be a citizen of this country. We no longer teach our children what it means to be a Patriot, and how many Patriots died, to protect their Freedom.
Most high schools in this country, no longer give classes on The Constitution. Just like Obama, they consider it a worthless instrument. Outdated by current events, and no longer relevant.
If that is what you believe, then this great experiment, that has lasted over two hundred years, is pretty much over.
If that is not your belief, then we need to fight to turn this thing around. It is certainly possible, but not guaranteed.
I am enjoying the recent success that Romney seems to be having. I hope it continues through the election. I believe he would change the direction of this country, if elected.
The alternative, is unthinkable.

Amazing "nice" attack on ovomit- (sesame street brings in $100s of millions a year). Romney is so right, big bird doesn't need to eat, and will be just fine- its Americans who are hurting. Romney/Ryan take it home- to the white house.

Only birther "experts"---who have not proved that they are really experts, and who certainly have not proved that they are fair and impartial say that there is anything wrong with the image of Obama's birth certificate.
The birther "experts" include Paul Irey, who has repeatedly claimed that Obama did not attend Columbia College, despite the fact that Columbia University has stated that Obama did attend (and that he graduated). And they include Doug Vogt, who claims to have found the original altar of Abraham. It is such "experts" as these that the birthers rely on for their case.
There are many real experts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama's birth certificate, including John Woodman, who happens to be a member of the Tea Party and who dislikes Obama and Obama's policies, but shows that the birther "experts" are wrong. They also include Ivan Zatkovich, who was hired by WND to examine the image of Obama's birth certificate, and when he submitted his report that there was nothing wrong with Obama's birth certificate, WND simply did not publish it.

It is clear that rational conservatives do not believe the "birth certificate was forged" claims. Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review certainly do not.
And the conservative secretary of state of Arizona asked Hawaii to confirm that Obama was born there and to confirm specified facts on Obama's birth certificate. Hawaii did, stating that it compared the image of Obama's birth certificate with the file copy (which is an additional confirmation that there was a file copy BTW) and that Obama was born there and that the facts match. The secretary of state of Arizona accepted this confirmation and ruled that Obama will be on the ballot in Arizona in November. This indicates that he does not believe the claims that the birth certificate is forged (including those of Sheriff Joe) and that he does believe the officials in Hawaii.
Snake? Romney is an American. Zero is not one of us. He's a Muslim Brotherhood Agent. He is not brilliant. He doesn't have college transcripts that reflect that, because with his pathological ego, he would have those plastered all over if he did.

When Ann Coulter said Romney was "the most conservative candidate in the race" I did a triple take followed by a facepalm. She might have been on to something.

By the way, I was just listening to Rush Limbaugh, and he was talking about an article that was written by some newspaper in the U.K., where they are reporting that Obama actually thought he had won the debate as he was walking off stage last week. That's how clueless he is. He also talks about how much Obama really hates Romney. Maybe Scoop can link to that.
BO made the statements 2 years ago that he knew more about everything than his inner circle of advisors. So of course he assumed that since everyone else also knows this, all he had to do was show up, recite his talking points, be declared omnipotent by the MSM and he's done. Oops.
