OK, so it turns out that Roseanne Barr is actually running for President.
How did I manage to miss that one?
Her platform is just as nutty as you might have guessed. In this clip, she proposes capping individual wages and/or personal wealth at $100 million. (I think she means both, or possibly “whatever”, but she’s a little inarticulate on that point). Hundred-millionaires who can’t live on that would go to re-education camps; if that doesn’t work, then off with their heads!
She appears to be quite serious, although with these kooky liberal comics I can never tell.
