All too often legislation proposed and passed seems to be counterproductive to the essence of it`s stated intent. Being open to litagation of interpretation then justifies ever increasing attorney fees and increased pressure placed on the backlog of the Judicial Branch. This, of course, produces much needed job security for barristers everywhere. Is the system broken? I don`t think so. I think it`s more like the needle is stuck at a bad scratch on the Steve Miller album "Livin` in the USA". As we Together Stand Against Tyranny, I believe we will adjust the needle from the scratch, and proceed thru the tunes, and we will ultimately hear that "one of many" classic favorites, "Your Saving Grace". It`s Ash Wednesday everybody...Happy Easter !!!!
I wouldn't blame him a bit. Those poor guys that had to endure however long that took have my deepest sympathies. However, if they didn't go, they would have saved themselves a lot of pain and angst. What is the penalty for not going? If there isn't one, then why bother?

I watched or listened to none of this circus. Both sides have us on a path that takes us over the cliff financially, militarily and morally. Both parties are only interested in the survival of their own party and could care less about the survival of America. I am damn sick and tired and disgusted with them all.
