If you haven’t heard already, teachers in Chicago are on strike and thousands of school kids are without teachers. You can read more about it here.
But Rush has an interesting take on it, suggesting that this is really happening to help Obama win the election by giving him a crucial problem that he can solve and then look magnificent afterward with a swooning media and so forth. Rush says it was Rahm Emmanuel himself who said “never let a crisis go to waste” and that we know the Democrats and the unions are in bed with each other.
