Rush proposes that Hillary Clinton name her book “What difference did I make?” because when you look around that the man places she traveled to as Sec. of State, most of them are a mess. Rush then goes on to explain why Hillary Clinton is so beloved by the Democrat Party and how the only reason she’s gotten where she is today is because she’s been riding the coattails of her husband.
