Looking at how Sarah Palin has handled herself throughout this media assault on her, Rush says he not only marvels at how she’s handled this whole situation but that he believes it has made her stronger.

I saw this as Palin carefully choosing her words.. She has got to be purposeful in everything.

I wonder if she and Beck have emailed that they will lay low on referring to each other..

I've also heard that polls show a larger middle aged male following than female.....

I spoke in Stirling (his home town) many times. The last time I was there was the October after the movie came out.

The city was all a-buzz.

At the Wallace Monument (built almost entirely through ENGLISH funding... they used a bit-o-the-Irish in that deal ~ in 1876), clips of the movie were threaded into nearly every 'historic' presentation... except at his sword (encased in glass on the steps leading up to the watchtower).

There they still had the little placard that stated his stature and height... 6'6".

When I walked up that last day, someone had put a post-it note that read:

"Aye, but he would've wanted Gibson ta play 'im ANYWAY!"

Aye, I imagine he would have, at that.

Rush is right. I fully agree. No matter how much Barry diverts and procrastinates, unemployment and the national debt remain sky high. And there's no way Obama's smoke and mirrors routine is going to continue to work. The liberals are on the run. They realize how close they are to obscurity. This whole thing about Republicans and Democrats sitting together? That's to obscure the fact that there are fewer than 200 Dems in the House. They look weak, and they know it. Funny how now that Republicans control the House the Dems are all about "bi-partisanship." Where was that the last 2 - 4 years?!

Can't we all just get along? Beck, Rush, Hannity, etc. They are all trying to get our country back on track. Beck goes a little more to tell the truth then do the others but so what. I want the truth and Beck gives it to me. Rush is still terrific!

Shawn was NOT one of the first, nor the hardest hit by the garbage'd vomit spewed by the enemies-Domestic in the media.

As for what he might have specifically ASKED her NOT to mention... do not know. As my comment stated clearly, I noticed the omission, and found it funny.

I wouldn't call it malevolence. It's not fair to expect Hannity to cannibalize the last hour of his radio show for comity.

As not to be too critical of Hannity, as I have enjoyed his show from time to time (the panel tends to be my favorite part), but he can tend to be either too much of a goody-goody or towing the party line. Just not my preferred host.

I also have problems with Beck and if it wasn't for Stu and Pat, I'd probably not be able to listen to his radio show. The banter between the three of them is what draws me in because they even disagree with each other and provide a humorous offset to Beck's doom-and-gloom.

Rush just tends to be himself. He truly is one of those guys who you love or hate.

I still laugh that nobody ever mentions Savage. The guy who just ridicules the top 3. I enjoy even some of the stuff he does, but is by far the most egotistical of them, imo. Just the lack of his mention on this site reminds me of "he who must not be named." (please don't ban me for saying his name/ jk)

Overall, it's just best take any of what they say with a grain of salt (sometimes the size of rock salt or larger) and learn what fits for you. There's a lot of information out there to digest and the best you can do is do your own analysis.
