Romney is once again pandering, this time to unions. From Peter Hamby with CNN:

Incredible moments in politics: Romney visits OH GOP phone bank to rally troops opposing SB5 repeal, but refuses to take a position on SB5

How ridiculous is this? He won’t take a position on it, yet he shows up to ‘rally the troops’? According to Hotair, he actually supported it in June. But now he can’t?

This is EXACTLY why I refuse to support Romney for the nomination. He is nothing more than a political opportunist who thinks more of votes than he does of principles.

You do know that Meghan McCain has absolutely like so totally endorsed Romney, right ? And because of that, the Republicans have no choice but to nominate Romney and WE have no choice but to vote for him.
What McCain ( the idiot, not the senile idiot) wants, the Repubs give it to her :P

Romney is going to lose steam very quickly and here is another prediction. It will be Perry and Cain down the stretch. Romney could be endangering himself in NH too.

The nomination of “My Turn” Mitt would be just one more in a long list of Republican disaters. No-one can credibly say they weren’t warned.

Who is voting for this guy in the polls?? How can Romney have 25 to 30% in the polls?? Do people know a Conservative when they see one? Do they know a fraud when they see one??

As a resident of MA I can tell you that Mitt Rino is a dangerously slick politician.

    Wake.
    Up.
    People.

Do you have a big mold up there that you spit him and Scott Brown out of?

It’s called Massachusetts. Or as we have come to know it, The San Fransisco of the East Coast.

        Kennedy
        Kerry
        Barney Frank
        Gerry Studs
        Scott Brown

        Need I say more?

Romney looks great and speaks convincingly but he’s not to be trusted. This is why Cain is polling better.

Kasich has a good bill and mittens won’t endorse it, keep pulling back the curtain Right Scoop, the truth will get out there.

“He is nothing more than a political opportunist who thinks more votes than he does of principles”

Thinking about principles would first require a grasp of the concept.

Romney is SIMPLY untrustworthy. The debates have already reaffirmed that he is a GREASED PIG and this move to undermine the Kasich effort to resist union insanity is just another reason to actually become anti-Romney.

“Romney is once again pandering, this time to unions.”

This shocks anybody since The Right Scoop had audio from Levin of Romney actually pandering to the OWS crowd?!
    McCain-Dole. On steroids.

You hit the nail right on the head there TRS. Politicians like Romney is what got us all in trouble in the first place. This dude is like a flag in the wind and listening to him answer questions at debates is like trying to hold on to a snake. Just wriggling around the issues but not saying anything.

What a disappointment. It is hard to support Romney when he is always trying to be slick, dodge a tough issue, take both sides. In the end, when the chips are down, do you think Romney will fight for the conservative cause? I am not sure he will. Hard to support someone you have no confidence in.

Romney is the epitome of the consummate politician. He keeps saying he is not a career politician but that’s only because he keeps losing. His Father was a Senator so he has been around the insiders all his life and that probably helped him in his chosen business of speculation.

    • Mark Smith

Wasn’t his father a governor? It was his MOTHER who ran for the US Senate. Yes, his mother. But don’t call him a career politician. Didn’t yours run?

      • http://kenneth-paul.blogspot.com/ Spook

You may be right. By any definationhe was raise like Algore in the sphere of politicians benifiting from that. Don’t understand part about “Didn’t yours”. No one in my family has ever held office but i have worked on the staff of both Republicans and democrats.

During the week and course of the business day most of them when talking to customers, they ask me who I like in the primary so I run through the candidates and they all look flabergastged when i tell them about Romney and his faux conservative positions on the issues at hand. That’s precisely how Willard still is in the race because for some crazy odd reason I’ve yet to pinpoint, these people aren’t being informed as they should be which I suppose is how Zero got elected first Usurper of the Republic.

As a certified union hater, Romney is screaming loudly at me that he doesn’t want me to even consider him. Unions are only vestiges of communism. I am a libertarian, not a communist.

One must stick to their ethical positions. Accordingly, I feel the most ethical thing I could do would be to insult a unionist, or even better, cursing him/her out would be the first thing I could ever think of saying to one of those commies.
