Rush's recent insights have been nothing short of brilliant. He took these guys apart yesterday and it was masterful. I only wish the GOP could grasp what he is saying. Lincoln had to wait for more than 3 years to find a general who could win. We are STILL waiting to find a PARTY who wants to win with conservative ideas!! Thanks Rush.

Only criticism and intolerance of those who don't support their leaders.
That's right; they don't ask enough questions of the right people, and never seem to remember the answers....asking the same questions over and over again. "What do you make of it?" is asked all the time.
"Make" of it? What do THEY make of it? Just not worthwhile wasting time with those overpaid incompetents who defend the indefensible.
I heard most of Rush's comments about Politico and they were brilliant, yet, when it comes to taking Obama to task for anything, it seems even the left wing state-run media has a greater voice and more courage than the Republican Party's leadership.
This is just incredibly sad.
But when you listen to Levin and Hannity and Rush, we have got to stick with the Big Whigs of the GOP and take it back for the principles of Ronald Reagan. We did in 2010.
How well did that work out for us?
If we are not going take a chance on putting forth an alternative conservative - not libertarian - but an alternative conservative party which is grounded in the founding principles of our nation as best articulated by Ronald Reagan - then nothing is going to change because the Rove's and Bush's are not going to let the GOP being taken over by genuine conservatives.

I wonder just how powerful the Rove's and Bush's are. It seems to me I see some desperation in their actions lately, like they are losing control. It will just get worse for them.
How do we combat these madmen/Hitler types that will destroy everything and everyone in there path??? Any ideas??
No easy solutions, I'm afraid. But don't give up hope. The Hitlers, Obamas, and Castros of the world only have power because the people (not all the people, but enough people) choose to give it to them. All we can do is fight it where and when we can and try to educate those around us to what's happening. Welcome to Right Scoop!

Seems to me that Politico admitted that they are really stupid because they got out manipulated by a PR machine. Obama, Axelrod, Messina, Cutter (Satan's Mistress) are laying in bed laughing at you media type buffoons.

They'd rather be known as stupid than biased. But it is bias, not stupidity that has caused Politico and other leftist media outlets to be 'manipulated'. Like Rush says, they've willingly allowed themselves to be 'manipulated'. Not really manipulation at all.
Of course, in typical leftist fashion, they prefer the narrative that they were tricked rather than that they are biased, because if they were tricked, then they are the victims. If they're guilty of bias, then they would actually have to take responsibility for their actions.
I had to listen to this when I was home. TRS, you'll be glad to know the government has classified your site as political/activist and has blocked it from view at the workplace. You must be over the target.
Are you serious? Do you work for a private company or for the government? Does your employer block access to sites like Politico or Daily Kos?
I'm not private but I'm serious about it for the last couple of days. Hot Air was blocked also. I haven't checked politico or dk. Don't have the stomach for it.
The media is only upset about a lack of transparency when they, the loyal lapdog subjects, are ignored by King Obama.
I'm waiting for the day that someone asks these clowns : "What's it like being the President's B__tch ?"
My question is this. When are we going to make the media pay? I'm serious.
When are we going to make their sponsors pay?
Where's the outrage directed at the purveyors of lies? Where are the letters, cards and emails going out daily about the lack of coverage on Benghazi and the gun running DOJ? Where's the million American march on these traitors?
If we forced them to be truthful we wouldn't need to worry about the uninformed would we? How many of the 58.5 million who voted for Romney would join in this effort? Where's the concerted effort to bring this together and make it happen?
Knowing their screwing us over daily if not hourly isn't enough we need to bury them. This is war.
cabensg, you ask a great question. A really great question. It targets the one piece of ammunition that would be effective against their war on America. An outright attack on their source of revenue, their sponsors.

The old story. Guy meets a girl at a bar. Conversation ensues. After a while, guy poses a question, " If I gave you a million dollars, would you have sex with me?" Girl says "I'd have to be crazy not to." Guy thinks a little bit and says "Would you do it for twenty dollars?" Girl says "Just what kind of a girl do you think I am?" Guy says "Well , we've already established that, now we're only dickering on price."
There was that journolist (or whatever it was called) that was discovered, but you know they still have it. It was a set up between the press to attack someone at the same time.
Unfortunately it is always the easy stuff now for Rush. No fire anymore. No hard criticism of the GOPe. Very little analysis and comment on the weakness of the Rubio (Obama) 'plan' on immigration. Just the shots at the Politicos, etc.

This so-called "explanation" of media bias makes me want to puke. We all know that once a Republican is in office again, the rectal examination will pick up where the MSM left off.
All of a sudden it will be back to hard news investigative reports and in depth reports on how X legislation is affecting the country.

I didn't listen to the above cut because I heard it all live. This was a gem from El Rushbo. I especially loved the part where he started talking about the media "navel gazing". I just about spit my Mt. Dew right through my nose.
There used to be a time when politicians feared the press. There once was a time when journalistic integrity was unquestioned. There once was a time when the media could be trusted. There once was a time when the media made no excuses and printed the story no matter what. There once was a time when good was good and bad was bad. When lies were exposed and the truth reigned. When it was an accomplishment to break the story - to expose the truth...
The liberal lapdog corrupt MSM is the single greatest threat to this nation.
I don't shed a single tear... a moment of pity or any compassion for any of these rags. They showed their infidelity... they misreported, covered up, and lied for years. We'd be so much better if they simply retired and closed their doors. They should be in jail... all these liars... but I'd settle for them to be fired and never have to see or hear from them ever again.
They've surrendered all their power and now they have been exposed and are losing business to Internet sites and other more honest sources for news. They are bleeding money. And they know we'll eventually find out all their secrets and cover ups. Screw you Politico... sleep in the bed you made... and spoon Obama while you're at it.

There is no 4th estate. They have forfeited that standing, and should lose the Supreme Court protections that come with it.
Why should a conservative care what Politico does or who is supposedly causing
them to do it? I have never trusted them as a news source. With or without
Obama manipulating them.
Politico allows themselves to be used to the point of volunteering to be "manipulated" whenever Obuma demands it. Then they have a hissy fit when not petted.
