We've fallen down the rabbit hole. His policies cause massive problems, he blames the Republicans, who are afraid to tell the truth. Then He responds with new policies that cause even more massive problems, and who does he blame? And why are we sitting here thinking "I think he's going to destroy the country" but we aren't doing anything about it.
Boehner ended up replying by giving the communist-in-chief the finger and telling him to fix what he (Obama) broke. Sequester was Obama's demand, period.
Carney said yesterday that if Republicans didn't end the sequester that that would mean the kids who couldn't go to preschool would double. These guys are sick.
This is nothing different, it's the same playbook they have used for decades. They are just more blatant about it, because the media lapdogs are more worried about being petted by the President than they are covering the President.

I love Rush, but he's been making $40 million a year for 20 years, the man is completely out of touch.
This was really worth listening to. Rush still has fire in his belly. This is what most conservative politicians don't have in their words. I would like to see a group of Conservative Senators and Representatives co-operate on stating the case for the Republic for which our Flag stands. Really take it to the American Citizenry with pride.
Fauxbama uses fear very effectively to sell his agenda. He's worried about the sequester because it will show people that spending cuts won't be the end of the world ... and maybe even cause a few Obots to finally see him for the lowlife fear-mongering ideologue that he is.
I'm stunned by Rush's ability to still be stunned after 4 years of this. By now he should expect Stalinist claptrap every time Obama opens his mouth.
Rush is not surprised, he's a whole lot smarter than that, he has been changing his approach, and you'll have to listen closely to what he's saying. I think he's warming up right now, and in a short while we'll understand exactly where he's going with this. I'd say stay tuned.
I am actually surprised Rush is stunned by this. This is Obama's second term and it is going to be a no holds barred event. He has nothing to lose and he has the government media to back him up. He is now in a power grab for the House in 2014. And the electorate being as dumb as they are may just give him his wish.

I didn't understand this morning why Rush was so shocked and I still don't understand why he is so shocked...especially the Republican part.

GOP will not doing anything because they are complicit, we know this be their actions, or lack of actions to correct the direction we are headed.
It is becoming obvious to most everyone paying attention what we are dealing with, a coin with faces on both side, heads they win, heads we loose…
I know a lot of people that see what is going on, all of them mad yet taking no actions. Things are going to get really rough, times are going to get really bad, we have seen how this situation plays out in history...
We could see this coming in the 1990's when people cared more about the car and toys in their driveway then what their kids were up too. Clinton was deregulating wall street, signing NAFTA, and demonstrating lack of morals to our citizenry...
A lot of people see it coming, yet there really isn't a concerted effort to put a halt to it and change course. If there is can someone point me to it?

Did you notice who Obama threatened when he wasn't getting his way on raising the debt ceiling?
He threatened to not pay:
Social Security Retirees, Military Retirees, Social
Security disability and Federal Retirees.
Now...Let this sink in really well -
He did not threaten to stop payments to illegal aliens.
He did not threaten to take frivolous benefits such as Internet access away from violent inmates.
He did not offer to fire some of the thousands of unnecessary federal employees that he hired .
He did not offer to cut down on his or his wife's frivolous gallivanting around the country and the world. At our expense!!
He did not threaten to not pay the senators and representatives or any of their staff.
He did not threaten to take benefits away from welfare recipients.
He did not threaten the food stamp programs.
He did not threaten to not pay foreign aid.
He did not threaten to cut back on anything that involves his base of voters.
The list could go on and on.
He is in full political re-election mode!
Why are we allowing this person to destroy this wonderful country with his selfishness and lies?
His type of change is killing our country. He needs to be stopped.

I'm tired of paying for other peoples kids lunches. Not being mean here. Don't have kids if you can't afford them. Period. And I'm for replacing food stamps with FOOD. They can come monthly to pick up a large bag of rice, oatmeal, cheese, powdered milk. It's food. I don't want anyone go hungry....but these theives eat better than I do. That's how it used to be when I was a little kid. Folks went to the "relief" office once a month to get their ration of food. No one was starving, and pretty much only those who needed it went to get it. I would contribute to a fund myself for that. I donate to food pantrys regularly. No more food stamps so they can buy the good pistachio nuts, the Marie Callender expensive frozen food, etc.
They can even use the "bridge cards" to gamble at casinos, buy alcohol, cigarettes... they can go to McDonald's and Burger King, anything they want. I agree, they should have a very basic list of items they can buy. Food, not fast food, toilet paper, dish soap, bar soap. Anything else, get a job.
I hope the sequester happens. Let them shut it all down. Obama had the idea for it in the first place. When in hell is the GOP going to slam him. We do a better job on RS than any of them do. Rush is right, Obama just wants to dessimate the GOP. I would go a step further and say he wants to dessimate the United states. You really need to listen to this folks....gets really sickening around 4:55.
