Rush to Issa: We don’t care about details. We just want Obama stopped!

Darrell Issa calls into Rush’s show to clarify a recent article that states:

“It’s pretty clear the American people expect us to use the existing gridlock to create compromise and advance their agenda,” said Rep. Darrell Issa (R., Calif.). “They want us to come together [with the administration] after we agree to disagree.”

At one point Issa says that he hopes this president will recognize that he is running us into ruin. Rush stops him and asks “Do you expect the President to do that?” Issa says no, but I’m not so sure he believes this President is incapable of this.

Issa goes on about the details of how Boehner will have to run the House to do this or that and how he (Issa) is going to setup congressional subcommittees and so forth until Rush stops him and tells him that the American people don’t care about all of this. He continues to tell him that the American people just want this President and the Democrats with their radical agenda stopped!

I am glad Rush got to tell him this, and I hope it sinks in deep because he’s right. That’s what we really care about – saving our country.

Enjoy!
