The word on the street is that the Koch brothers want to buy the LA Times and it’s caused a panic on the Left and at the LA Times, with nearly half of the employees threatening to quit if the Koch brothers buy the news organization – which Rush says would be a great thing to happen.
Now Rush doesn’t know if the Koch brothers are just trying to tweak the left or if they are serious about wanting to buy the LA Times, but he says if they are serious, they need to get written promises from the employees who have threatened to quit before they actually buy it.
