I honestly want to beleive that the sudden Republican dissent after a year of agreeing with Obama's policy ideas isn't just another "Weapon of Mass Distraction" as I like to call these tricks used by the media.

I guess only time will tell.

Vigilence and the ability to think OUTSIDE the box (including Fox News) is going to allow us as a nation to keep our freedoms.

From what I saw on Hotair.com, it looks like someone heard him. I hope they stick to it!

I couldn't have said that better myself. I remember the first time they started saying the Republicans were the party of "No," and how Obama was telling these guys to worry more about governing than about keeping their jobs and the votes.

Um...personally, if they do care about votes, then that means they're listening to us. I would much rather have someone say "No," to something that I nor the rest of their constituents want than to back down from their (and in many cases our) principles in order to get the heat off their backs.

I think I join many other Americans when I say "He/she who will stand up to the pitbulls in D.C. and show the courage needed to keep America intact will get my vote next election." Members of Congress should be worried about job security because their job security depends on playing the proper role of "consent of the governed."
