Rush: Why is there still anti-Americanism in Egypt with Obama as our leader?

With the anti-American sentiment we’ve seen recently in Egypt and with the Muslim Brotherhood declaring they are waging Jihad against us, Rush wonders aloud why they still hate us. After Obama’s apology tour and his big speech in Cairo, shouldn’t they be loving us by now?
