Santorum told Hannity that he’s not sure exactly what this coalition with Newt would look like, but he’s certainly interested in joining forces with Newt to make sure the GOP has a conservative nominee:
Below is the full interview with Hannity from this afternoon and I highly recommend listening to it. Santorum talks about the brokered convention which he says really isn’t a brokered convention in the old sense and that we should stop referring to it that way. He says it’s going to be an open convention where unbound delegates can choose the candidate they actually prefer.
Hannity also takes apart Santorum’s interview with Savannah Guthrie on Meet the Press from yesterday and plays a montage of just Savannah’s questions. It’s unbelievable to hear how many ways she is asking Santorum if he will get out of the race, over and over and over. That alone is worth the listen.
