Shocker!
The liberal’s interpretation of the law, i.e. “We can do whatever we want, because everyone else is just stupid” isn’t going to fly this time.
I think the libs are in for a few more surprises. . . .

LMAO……LMAO……….. OH MAN!!!!! The more they attack her the more she destroys them LMAO!!!! This is FUN!!!!!

Even Dan Rather was telling his fellow ‘Libs’ to not underestimate her. All her baggage is on the table and already been refudiated by the time she would run. The fact it has been so discussed in the media gives her credibility. Personally, I hope she doesn’t run and just takes them down to the wire by rubbing the media’s face in it until then.

I wish every conservative who is attacked by the liberals would sue. It wasn’t all that long ago you would get sued for defamation of character, libel, etc. I’m no fan of lawsuits but if that’s what it takes. Slandering someone is NOT a first amendment right. Funny how libs have their own interpretation of the first amendment.

Isn’t this more about copyright infringement? Taking something out of context and using it for political assassination, I believe is free speech. It should be. Only when our government does it, should it be considered a crime. That is my opinion, anyway. Americans should be smart enough to discern crap, from truth. If you are smart enough, you don’t care what they say. Any fear of this kind of action is then only because you think people are stupid and can’t discern crap from truth.

Hold on now — the lefties over @ HuffinGas Post are bragging that the “deleted” pages can still be found online.
Considering the fact that you can cut & paste articles (or whatever you do) & send them over the net instantaneously to many pages at a time, how can this be enforced?

Woops…I meant to say OTHER WEBSITES, not pages.

As alwayss, liberals show their hatred of smart and inteligent women.

I personally find it sad that we refer to each other as “libs” and “rights”, we are all AMERICANS. Its not about “us” and “them”, its about coming together to make positive BIPARTISAN decisions for the sake of the entire country. Its this kind of separatist mentality that has put our country in the gutter for the past few years, and will be our eventual downfall if we don’t make a change.
- http://punditpawn.wordpress.com PunditPawn
So where do Obama’s, “We won, you lost” or “The campaign’s over John” or “defeat your enemies” fit in to bipartisanship again? No thanks. You keep hoping, and I’ll stick with the Tea Party agenda… Block Obama/Pelosi at every turn, defund health care completely until we can get a real president in place. And while that’s going on, help Issa have at least two hundred investigations into the Obama regime during the next two years. Screw bipartisanship, and take McCain, Snowe, Collins, and Brown with you when you leave.
- Politismart
What exactly is that going to accomplish? If we defund health care, the system will only get worse and cause the government to go bankrupt by 2030. Block the Russian nuclear arms treaties, and we’ll look powerless to the rest of the country and have the threat of nuclear war. Conservatives are unsettled and furious about the possibility of Iran developing nuclear weapons, but what are we going to do about the hundreds of weapons that Russia already possesses? If we block everything, we will have a worse threat.
- http://punditpawn.wordpress.com PunditPawn
Worse? 80% of the American public was happy with their health care and thought it shouldn’t be touched. Obama and the Democrats made up lies about the “uninsured” who, to this day, have not shown up to claim their newly birthed Obamacare benefits that Congress just foisted.Russia? Powerless? When was the last time a treaty meant anything, especially one created by a Democrat? We don’t honor our own US bankruptcy laws yet expect Russia to honor a missile treaty? No, if we block everything, a Republican will become President and you won’t have to worry about Russia like you are now because there’s a numbnutz America-hater in the White House.
- Politismart
Unfortunately, the American public is not as informed as it should be. The American people are also unhappy with the size of the enormous federal debt, and they also don’t realize how we need a reformed health care system to take care of it.
There are republicans now in both the congress and the senate, but what are their means of getting anything done? They make promises that the American people want to hear, but blocking policies until there is a new president is going to waste another two years while millions of Americans remain unemployed as a result of BUSH’S RECESSION.
- http://punditpawn.wordpress.com PunditPawn
Health care reform would be great but what we got was Government bureaucracy expansion with a few, meaningless reform kibbles thrown in as smoke and mirrors. In spite of what Obama and media said, Republican reforms were not allowed except for more meaningless speech tokens. They might not get anything done, but blocking policies that suck is never a bad thing.
Bush’s recession? I see the troll bait is still fresh.

Harper Collins filed a lawsuit against Gawker for publishing illegally leaked excerpts from Sarah Palin’s new book America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag. And now a Federal Judge has ordered Gawker to remove the excerpts:
A federal judge on Saturday ordered the website Gawker to pull down unauthorized excerpts from Sarah Palin’s forthcoming book, “America By Heart,” until a hearing scheduled for Nov. 30.
Before this, Sarah Palin had already noticed the posting, and her subsequent tweet got Gawker’s attention:
Gawker later taunted Palin in a post titled, “Sarah Palin Is Mad at Us for Leaking Pages From Her Book”.
“Did you catch the excerpt we posted yesterday from Sarah Palin’s new book? Sarah did. She tweets with rage: ‘The publishing world is LEAKING out-of-context excerpts of my book w/out my permission? Isn’t that illegal?’ [Sarah: If you're reading this — and if you are, welcome! — you may want to take a moment to familiarize yourself with the law … ].”
Yeah, I think Sarah and her book publishing company Harper Collins were all to familiar with the law, and now Gawker is to. HA!
