I know Mark Levin has had problems with Glenn Beck in the past, and Glenn's unwavering support of Romney (I assumed based on religion) pissed me off, but he IS doing exactly what Bill Whittle is talking about...attacking this liberal problem by going after our country's culture. Stop arguing in debates every 4 years and start making motion pictures and television shows that are conservative at their core. That doesn't mean every show has to be about the founding fathers, either.
There have been plenty of comedies, dramas, and every else in the past that are basically conservative in their message....even if liberals ran them and snuck in some lefty crap here and there. Happy Days, Andy Griffith, Bonanza, Disney's sunday movie night... on and on. Yes, these are all "old fashioned" because anyone with a conservative bent has pretty much abandoned making anything new!
We need to FLOOD the culture with programs that are fun to watch and make us feel good about America. Books, movies, tv...it can be done. I applaud Glenn for making the attempt.

Funny, just saw a tweet that says it all. Gore so opposed the Bush tax breaks that he rammed the sale through before cap gains taxes increased to 20% in "fiscal cliff" bill and even higher under ObamaCare.

Yes, we have Time Warner Cable, and yesterday, I got a Breaking News tweet that said TWC is dropping Current TV over this purchase by Al jazeera. I was very glad (and surprised) to see that.
They were quick to add that it had to do with the 'profitability' (ratings) of the channel rather than the 'ideology'. ;-) ;-)

Maybe I am reaching but Beck might be able to sue based on discrimination of religion to block the sale. Now that would be interesting to watch!
I pray that they fail. Glenn Beck deserves the most exposure on the media. We will never know why he lost his spot on Fox, no truth found anywhere on the net when he left.

For those of you who do not subscribe to the Blaze, I would highly recommend it. Not just for Glenn, but the other talent he has on the network. I love Wilkow, and I think the Blaze news team engages in more debate involving critical thinking than what you get on Cable. I don't always agree with them, but they bring out great points of view. I watch by airplaying the content onto my big screen after I have taken care of the family responsibilities earlier in the evening.
Beck's Christmas special was awesome. While I often think he has too much going on at once, I do like his overall message that this country can only turn on strong communities, not some representative in Congress or a President.
