3. Tell me how, since in the State of Louisiana, we do not do this: "Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprint; Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate State or local law", the federal government is going to force a law, that the State does not have? You do NOT have to "register" your guns in this state! All that is required, is the FBI Background check.

The argument that if guns were removed from the equation all together would result in no deaths is insane for mass killings attempted mass killings. This legislation was formed before the election and not as a result of the Sandy Hook school tragedy.
