Now that they didn't strike it down everyone is going to be hurt. At least those of us that pay for it. The freeloaders will have an improvement from the nothing they had, but the rest of us will pay dearly in money and in health care service. Not to mention job loss.
Way to go Obama. Destroy the productive sector to give handouts to your illegal voters and your expanded Medicaid base. Not only is this stupid, it's politcal power grabbing at it's worst...at the cost of others.
Single Payer is right around the corner. This bill forces it.

Yeah, and Obama's going to have a hard time not taking credit. Kinda hard for him to blame Bush for a sudden, rapid decline over three years after Bush is gone.
Libs will probably claim the markets are worried that Republicans are going to try to repeal it....causing more uncertainty in the markets.
