I had an extremely liberal professor in college, (Gasp - I know!), who had a great, and true, comic posted on his door. It had a crudely drawn picture of stick-figure planes and troops bombing, shooting, and destroying a small town of stick-figures and huts. This picture was duplicated, one next to the other. over the first it said 'state sponsored' and under the picture it had the word: "war". The second was labeled 'undeclared' and under it was the word. "Terrorism".
Of all the things he posted, that has a serious amount of truth in it. It's time to let that truth cut both ways: Yes, war is horror, terror, and awful, all the things 'terrorism' is designed to be... they are the same. Israel did not commit terrorism, it committed an act of war. Palestine has not committed terrorism, it has committed an act of war. Syria is at war with itself and others, Iran, the supporter and arms source for Hezbollah and the muslim brotherhood, is at war with most of the nations in the middle east, Egypt is at war with Israel, and, Israel, is either at or on the knife's edge of being at war with almost every nation in the middle east. The biblical 'world' is arrayed against Israel.
Let's not lie to ourselves, or listen to those who do, this is war. Plain and simple.
Erdogan condemns Israeli attacks as he systematically annihilates the Kurds in Turkey and Obama turns a blind eye to all of it.
He is a hard liner and should be kicked out of NATO. The EU should never grant admittance either because Turkey is an open pathway to unlimited Muslim migration.
In other words, "those Jews"......the haters of God will never change without a conversion.
Our brand new Secretary of State "Lurch" has to tell this guy to pipe down since he is hiding behind a US provided missile shield protecting him from the mean Syrian's. What a loser, little girl whimp.
Um... what about all the rocket attacks on Israel over the years? Hmmm? Were you vocal about that too? What about the recent attack on a busload of Israeli troops, inside of Israel's borders? Where you concerned about that too? What about Obama's psychological attacks about 1967 borders or his encouragement to criminal countries like Egypt, which now threatens Israel and peace in the region. Hmmm? Care to comment on those too? Any concern about Iran going nuclear and threatening to wipe Israel off the map? Does that bunch up your sheik undies at all? I doubt it.
Turkey should definitely be off our Christmas mailing list. They are not a country to be trusted whatsoever. And this wad is nothing more than another mouthpiece for the MB.
Turkey really needs to think about leaving NATO. Actually, NATO needs to start thinking about throwing out Turkey, although with all of the anti-Israel comments coming out of Europe today, maybe NATO is closer to Turkey's view on Israel than we think? It will be interesting to see what happens if Hebollah gets some chemical weapons from Syria, and then decides to use them. I wonder how "understanding" the Europeans and the Turks will be then? Turkey has fallen a long way in its pro-western attitudes. With Iran gaining so much power in the region and soon to get a nuclear weapon, Turkey may be realizing that sticking by the United States and Israel is no longer a winning proposition. Another example of "smart power" being a dismal failure.
