I'm sorry that happened to him. What a frightening environment it must be around the hordes of union thugs.
Why is no one discussing the oddity of the deleted footage? How can you make a clear judgement on this without the WHOLE picture? Crowder later admitted that he was inciting the demonstrators and that he knew they would be angered by his banter! Then, there is this missing piece just before the "thug," as many of you called him, is getting up off the ground and coming at Crowder. That is sketchy!
In his interview on Hannity, Steven claimed he did nothing to provoke the attack, yet he's right there on tape barking at a guy to stop tearing down the tent, relentlessly ordering the man to leave the tent alone. The whole time the man is saying he wasn't involved in that behavior! And clearly he wasn't involved. The guy is holding a sign the whole time. He's not in any of the clips tearing down that dang tent.
I do not condone the violence. I am however, more concerned with people not striving to get the entire read on a subject before jumping to conclusions. We're never going to get anywhere if we cannot have intelligent dialogue about our opposing views.
Keep defending Steven Crowder, even though he obviously was not there to get opinions or interview ANYONE! He was there to sensationalize. That's how he makes his living. I call BS!
I'm ashamed that no one in that crowd stood up for Crowder against the communist union thug. Someone should have stood with him and gone toe to toe with that piece of crap. I bet if Crowder had had some backup, the thug would have gotten the beating of a lifetime.
I think Crowder should file charges and put the bozos in jail, then turn around and sue the pants off the Union.
the guy with the ATT logo on his beanie should be called out with his employer, too. I assume he works for ATT. What a bunch of thugs! It is so disturbing that we cannot have a conversation with these people. My dad was a member of a union for 31 years, when he died, my mom received only $33,000, because they fought the fact that she overlooked a dues payment while she was taking care of my dad who was dying of cancer. He was diagnosed 54 days before he died. I despise unions, but I would NEVER do what these people did. Despicable!
My mom had almost the same experience. My dad worked at AT&T his whole life, died this year in Feb after a massive stroke and they screwed my mom too. I absolutely hate them now.

The MSM don't seem interested in covering this story. But I'm sure they'll figure out an angle... Hmmm... Right wing reactionary provokes attack... Perhaps Steven once attended a Tea Party? Does he have a Bill O'Reilly Book in his home library? So long as the MSM can justify the "innocent union worker defending himself" they'll run it. If they can't, they'll never show it.

It will be laughable if the union thug takes him up on it. If you watch the video, the thug tripped on a tent spike and got up thinking Crowder pushed him. That's why he was swinging. Then the thug's buddy dragged Crowder out of the tent to sucker punch him again. At neither time did Crowder incite his attackers! Both thugs should be brought up on criminal charges regardless of whether or not they take Crowder up on the challenge. Assault and battery definitely applies and we have the video to prove it. So, where is law enforcement and where are the MI prosecutors to bring up the charges. Oh yeah, Crowder is a conservative, so he must deserve it...lefty hypocrisy strikes again!
Don't forget to add the death threats against Steven. The guy says something about killing him with a gun, and something to the effect that he's killed before... I might be mishearing it on the tape but I'm not too far off I think.
The death threat was NOT aimed at Crowder in the way you all are describing it! Listen again to the audio. The guy says, "HE'S got a gun! I'll kill a mother f***er with a gun..." He never said he would kill Crowder, nor did he say he would use a gun. His threat is directed at someone he saw with a weapon, or someone claiming to have a weapon. We DON'T KNOW who that is OR if anything was said to warrant the verbal backlash. Geesh. And still, no one discusses the missing footage. Check out Crowder's soundman or crewman as he gets closer and closer to the dude who attacked Steven, until he is right in the guy's face, for God's sake. I'd like to hear what was said in that heated confrontation. Who knows what led up to that point. Facts...we lack all the facts. I wish everyone would learn to stop finger-pointing and name calling as if an entire group of people, i.e. political party, religion, race, affiliation, etc, is somehow wrong, or evil. We all live beside, or work, go to school, church, stores, restaurants, and so on, with people we don't like or agree with, yet we figure out a way to make it work. We need to do the same thing with our country as we do in our communities. We don't have to be carbon copies to find balance. Our forefathers had opposing views and they established the most beautiful constitution for establishing the greatest country on earth.
When I watched this for the first time yesterday that was what stuck out in my mind. Amoung other claims, lastly he yells. "I've killing plenty of MFers with a gun before" Which I believe is all hot air, but you can hear the hate.

In that situation, a whooping would only be the best case scenario. Swinging back would be a suicide mission in that type of out of control mob. Your life is worth more than a hot head moment...ask your family and friends if you don't believe me! Yes, there is definitely a time to take a stand, but in an out of control mob, it's a mute point.
And do you think the mainstream media will call out the unions for any of this lousy behavior? Not a chance. Obama was just there a day or so ago egging these thugs on. He IS one of them. Obama is in bed with the folks at SEIU, the AFL-CIO, and all the other unions out there. So if you're waiting for the White House to say anything about this, forget it. Baseball bats are the only things these thugs understand and care about. That's why so many Americans now hate them. They can see the union members for what they are, a bunch of psychotic bullies.
I'm guessing that our arrogant Imposter in Chief will be ignoring his own call for civility, since the blood shed this time was only a white conservative's. The racist, marxist only has compassion for his own kind.
The Situational Hypocrite in Chief only calls for civility when one of his own takes a beating (Gabby Giffords, "the police acted stupidly". etc.). I think he 'may' have to make a comment on this 'if' his focus group tells him it would be in 'his' best interests. Even then, it will be a 'why can't we all get along' comment and nothing to do with the obvious union violence.
I give kudos to Crowder for having the courage to go into this crowd and reveal how violent they are. He's right-if he would have fought back, he would not be here today.
Thank God Crowder kept his wits about him! We can't afford to lose another voice in the conservative fight! Crowder handles himself with humor and treats people respectfully, in spite of their own stupidity. He has a great ability to point out the absurdity of the left! We need him and can't afford to lose him the way we did Breitbart!

Seems like these greedy fascist commie pigs (union) are doing everything they accuse the tea party of and more. Don't expect the lamestream lapdog media to do anything to cross them either. Don't expect law enforcement to actively pursue them either. They're more interested in prosecuting cases like Zimmerman down in FLA.

I know I'm probably gonna get a slew of negative comments about this but here goes anyway...
First let me say that I'm not pro-union or anti-union in the PRIVATE SECTOR. The private sector can run their business anyway they want within the limits of the law. If they succeed, great, if they go under, too bad. Either way, the government (federal, state, and local) should stay out of it.
However, when it comes to the PUBLIC SECTOR, I believe unions do more harm than good.
Now for the tough part...
That being said, if you don't want to join a union, then I don't think you should get the same "deal" that the dues paying union members get. If you don't want to join the union, then you SHOULD NOT be entitled to their wage structures, medical benefits, and any other benefits. You should negotiate your own salary with the people that hire you. Yes, I realize that might not be possible if you're the only person in the company what is non-union, but I have to believe in most businesses there are probably non-union employees that you would be "pooled" with for health benefits and other company supplied benefits.
That is the problem. These companies held hostage by unions do not want anyone seceding. If they allowed this, half the employees would not be a part of the unions.
Unions have never done a thing for me, or most of my family. We've always operated either farms, stores, real estate, service sector businesses, independent hauling, independent labor, independent trades, or professions like legal or medical.
Vacation pay? What a joke. We don't ever really take vacation.
Sick days? We have to make them up.
40 hour work week? Sure, by Wednesday. Then we work the rest of the week and the weekend.
So yeah, I'd take that deal. I promise I'd make more money in the long haul, every single time.
Unions are for people who have chosen to be nothing more than labor, and who are willing to forfeit any control over their career to the whim of some shop steward or whatever. They have chosen NOT to seek prosperity or independence. And they should feel free to live that way if they want. But they should never impede others from the path of prosperity. It's our inalienable right.
Me, I make my best deal with the business owner, and make sure I meet or exceed all expectations. That's how you seek prosperity.
I'm OK with that RPS2. It is possible you will negotiate or be able to command a better deal that the union masses. But I think the unions know that and most people have a greater faith in their own merit that what some union rep may perceive. I am just a bit worried about the intimidation that will rain down on the poor worker that decides to keep their dues instead of turning them over to the organized extortionists. That will be very hard for the first few to try.
Oh, but he is as good as found. If it takes a day I will be shocked. The internet is a very insidious propagator of information. Someone, somewhere is going to recognize him and spread the word.
C'mon, it's easy to guess that there are people that dislike that creep!
