Sununu says that the ‘I’ on Obama’s report card doesn’t stand for ‘incomplete’ as Obama would like to believe, it really stands for ‘incompetent’. But that withstanding he goes on to explain, as a former teacher, why a grade of ‘incomplete’ really means failure:
