It’s one thing to have been targeted by the IRS in this latest scandal, but this is something I hadn’t heard yet. This Tea Party member, Justin Binik-Thomas, said his name was circulated on the questionnaire to other Tea Party groups, asking if they knew him and how. When he sought to get answers from the IRS as to why they were using his name, they lied about it and then when he confronted them with proof, they refused to tell him anything more.
