Ted Cruz says that Obama’s vision won’t add a dime to our debt as he says, but it’ll add a trillion dollars to our debt just like he’s added a trillion dollars every year he’s been president.

One thing I like about this interview is that unlike some on the Fox News Channel, Ted Cruz isn’t rushing to find something good to say about Obama’s SOTU. He doesn’t tell you it was an effective speech or anything of the like. He tells the truth about the speech from the point of view of what’s best for this country and he does it with passion.

Does Obama have any money sense at all???

Cruz is right, spending is out of control and it WILL bankrupt us, just like Greece. And when the checks stop coming to the low information voters who voted for Obama, then you will see civil unrest like you've never seen before. Obama really thinks this will end well. I hope he feels the same way after the low information voters out there have their first food riot.

OH MY GOD!!!!

Ted Cruz likes Rubio!!!

But Rubio's such a RINO, Ted must have no convictions and is a fraud! He's a RINO to!!

And that's why we need Ted Cruz for President!

I skipped all that barnyard bull crap by the Liar-in-Chief, and listened to what Ted Cruz had to say. The obama administration is doing damage daily to our nation, and we're stuck with the worst president in the history of this country for another four years! What's the answer? I used to enjoy hearing members of the Republican party talking about what's wrong and how to fix our problems, but I don't see any evidence that they are accomplishing much, if anything at all.

Ted Cruz puts the finger right on the problem: economic growth, which cannot happen when you have ever higher taxes, on the one hand, and inflation on the other.

High energy prices stifle growth because they increase inflation - and the less money people have to spend, being squeezed on all sides, the less they'll be able to buy.

No consumers - less stuff gets produced, businesses close, more people out of work ...

Ted Cruz gets it, while BHO seems to think a State Ministry of Planning, like in the old SU, is the answer to all problems.

Cruz, Palin and Rand Paul are some of my favorites. And now the supreme

court justices that didn't attend Obama's Kabuki address have been added to

my list: Alito, Thomas and Scalia did not attend. Taking a stand. Awesome!

Just awesome.

Could there be a little crack opening up in Obama's seemingly "I can do whatever I want" presidency? Oh, please Lord, let it be true.

I really like Ted Cruz and he is slowly becoming my favorite Senator. He is articulate, direct and intelligent. I pray he doesn't allow DC to overtake his good sense.

BO met his highest potential many years ago and is bereft of any cogent, thoughtful, ideas or solutions. Thug politics is all he knows and BO will consistently return to this fall back position. This narcissist is far too lazy for the challenges of this job....or any other job for that matter.

I do wish Repubs would stop saying "the president just doesn't understand how the economy works" and say "he knows full well how to duplicate the Russian or Cuban model of government"

$9.oo/hr min wage for stocking shelves or entry level jobs, Barry suggests is a lifetime position and the employer need to provide enough pay to support a family?

aposematic

A lifetime part time position. Hope they can find a second part time job to pay for their Obumanocare.

Perhaps that is why the GOP puts Rubio front and center as their candidate, he's from Cuba and can help Obama duplicate the Cuban model of total gov't dependence and dictatorship.

Again, as long as B.O. and his ilk are in control, the only sound investment I can think of would be in "Smoke & Mirrors"...Anybody have a stock symbol for it ????

It is time we start using the term "Obamanomics" when talking about our failed economy and debt, this is term we can make stick, a term that will mean to anyone paying attention failure.

We need to start labeling the failures of this president with his name so the failures are securely attached for all to see! If we use these terms they will make there way into main stream, regardless how hard the msm fights using them.

Conservative_Hippie

Agreed and well said! We've done it with every other President, it's time for Obama to take credit (or blame) for HIS economy!

When we get rid of Senators like McCain and replace them with Senators like Cruz.

Did you happen to see the videos at Breitbart.com where Senator McCain sides with Senators Nelson and Levin to scold Senator Cruz during the Hagel hearings?? Shameful!!

BS61
BS61

Yes, and I tweeted them both saying he should never be like McCain!

Deborah Clemence
Deborah Clemence

McCain was responsible for Hagel's nomination going forward because he believes "Obama has the right to choose who he wants"??? Even when it will put our nation in grave danger and is a threat to our national security? McCain lives in a bubble of Beltway insider fantasy!

OneThinDime

And so does Rand Paul. Both are failing in their Senatorial responsibilities; McCain from his Obama worshiping, Paul because of his 2016 campaigning.

Had that chance and ignorant asses in those states put him right back in there. Fix the stupidity problem and the rest would repair itself.

We tried - Jim Deakin was a 912 group and Tea Party person, but JD Hayworth split the votes with Deakin! McCain spent 21 million for what I pray will really be his last term.

OneThinDime

Won't happen as long as McCain is pro-amnesty, lots of illegals in AZ that will vote to keep him in giving them free bennies.

Thanks for the link. I just watched. It was shameful. (So tired of Levin trying to look like Ben Franklin with his glasses perched on the end of his nose, so he can look down at people.)

You are right. We need more Ted Cruzes and less McCains. The only way I see is term limits. Once they get entrenched in power, have the MSM behind them, free postage and gerrymandered districts (House of Representatives) you can't get rid of them and no one tries to run against them, and we, as a nation, are stuck with the Pelosis, the Sheila Jackson Lees, and the Chuckie Schumers.

Want to see a disgusting pic of McCain, Schumer and McCain's "but.." boy. Little Lindsay? Click here: http://www.theblaze.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/green-ribbons_state-of-the-union_1-620x413.jpg The Senate is just an Old Boy's Club.

You are most welcome ;) Senator Cruz showed how great he is under pressure, never lost his calm, never raised his voice. He just kept pointing out with facts the reasons to his opposition. McCain was out of order and instead of supporting him, chose to side with the enemy. UGH!!

Thanks for the link. The picture makes me feel like the 3 of them are having a good laugh at our expense.

Looking forward to seeing the slate of candidates from the Tea Party for the 2014 elections.

"...and he doesn’t with passion."

Friendly typo notice :-)

Cruz is so calm, smooth and matter of fact. Doesn't get flustered. Doesn't try to couch his words in phrases the MSM might "allow" through. The MSM toll road crew maintains a new Checkpoint Charlie. Cruz routinely walks right through it. He's kinda' like the famous "Honey Badger".

I agree with Senator Cruz. Zero didn't add a dime to the deficit.... You know the rest. Great interview and I'm glad I'm seeing it here because I don't watch the FNC.

That is what comes from electing someone who argued in the Supreme Court and won for conservative principles. Isn't it a shame he beat Rove's chosen candidate for the Senate.

Agreed Rshill. Cruz is straigt forward and does it with finesse. He's a keeper :)
