It appears from my latest news search that there is no deal yet, according to Israel and Egypt, though Hamas says otherwise:
REUTERS – A Hamas official said Egyptian mediators had clinched a truce with Israel on Tuesday that would go into effect within hours, but Egypt and Israel said a Gaza ceasefire deal was still up in the air after a week of fighting.
“The talks are still continuing,” an Egyptian official, who declined to be identified, told Reuters. He said Cairo was hopeful of an agreement later in the day.

Khaled Meshaal, leader of the Hamas Islamist movement that governs the Gaza Strip, said on Monday that Israel must halt its military action and lift its blockade of the Palestinian coastal enclave in exchange for a truce.
Both Netanyahu, favored to win a January national election, and U.S. President Barack Obama have said they want a diplomatic solution, rather than a possible Israeli ground operation in the densely-populated territory of 1.7 million Palestinians.
Speaking to Reuters from Cairo, where intensive efforts have been under way to end the violence, Hamas official Ayman Taha said “an agreement for calm has been reached”. He said it would be declared at 15:00 EDT and take effect at 18:00 EDT.
Netanyahu spokesman Mark Regev told Reuters Taha’s announcement was premature and Israeli military operations in Gaza would continue in parallel with diplomacy.
“We’re not there yet,” Regev said on CNN. “The ball’s still in play.”
Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri, speaking after Taha made his remarks, said the group was still waiting to hear whether Israel would accept the terms of a deal.
“Cairo informed us they expect the response to be positive,” Abu Zuhri said.
I don’t think there is any way Israel will lift its blockade of Gaza and if that is what it takes to have a truce, then there will likely be no truce.
It was reported locally in Israel a couple of hours ago that Netanyahu was agreeing under enormous pressure from the White House to accept a deal. The deal unofficial deal reported is below:
UPDATE: 6:37PM IL: … Credible unofficial sources quoted by Channel 2 state at 21:00, an announcement will be made in Cairo announcing a ceasefire beginning at midnight, Monday – Tuesday.
The United States, European Union and Egypt will ensure the ceasefire is adhered to.
Israel will:
1. Halt aerial strikes
2. Halt targeted surgical strikes
3. Stop interfering with Gaza fisherman
4. Reach an understanding regarding passages
5. Permit Egypt and Hamas reach understanding regarding Rafiach crossing.Hamas will:
1. Halt attacks against Israeli civilians
2. Halt attacks against IDF personnel
I’m not sure that this is a current deal or not, but it seems there is no agreed to deal yet.
Also, considering the reporting about enormous White House pressure on Netanyahu, some in Israel who live in the target areas don’t want Netanyahu to accept a deal, rather they want him to bring Hamas to their knees:
UPDATE: 9:14PM IL: Hundreds of Be’er Sheeva residents are protesting, calling on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu not to accept any US pressured ceasefire and to “finish the job” and bring Hamas to its knees to bring a halt to the rocket fire once and for all.
Honestly, I can’t blame them. They live in an area that is under constant daily threat from Hamas.
