Barack Carter is an epic foreign policy failure. His diversions and attacks against Romney aren't working. The whole western world is asking WTF over? The Peter Principal is at work here. Only now Barack Carter can't hide his stupidity any longer. Even Jay Blarney can't cover up his master's mistakes with his propaganda. And Hillary is the feckless little twit that she always was.
