Hillsdale College is an Independent University specializing in Constitutional Studies, and by “Independent” they mean it ,they accept absolutely no Federal money, NONE. VERONIQUE DE RUGY is a senior research fellow at George Mason University’s Mercatus Center. She earned an M.A. in economics from the University of Paris IX-Dauphine and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Paris-Sorbonne. She writes a column for Reason magazine, is a regular contributor to The American, and also blogs at NRO and Big Government.
