I’ve been a big doubter of Trump lately because of his political donations and his flip-flops on some very important issues like abortion. But this *could* be a turning point for me. If Trump is willing to be this honest on an issue that has become so politically toxic that it can kill a campaign, that may say something about his character:
There are a lot of conservatives who treat this issue as if it is the same as being a truther and I’ve never really understood that because Obama lies about nearly everything. It is an issue, though, that for all intents and purposes is moot and there are so many other things he as done that are offensive to Americans that can be effectively wielded against him.
That being said, I do have my own doubts about a man who lies and conceals so much about himself and I applaud Trump for having the courage to admit it in a real interview. I’m not sold on Trump at all but he does have my attention now.
