Trump is a king maker, and doing this proves that he is a true patriot and loves his country, not like Obama, the anti-Christ who has been living a lavish lifestyle on our taxpayer dollars. Trump built his empire all by himself.
Normally I would say, "Mr Trump, sit down and shut up', but even though he is always trying to find the spotlight, in this case he has a very good point. Who wouldn't reveal their past if it gave $5 million to charity?
Well, of course, the answer is Barack Obama. He has already spent upwards of $4 million to keep those records sealed and the media just says it's a conspiracy theory to want to know why. Also, since the $5 million won't go to Obama's real favorite charity (himself), he could care less about any other charity. After all, he believes charity begins at home, literally.
Nothing will come of this, but it isn't totally worthless to bring the question to light. People who have accepted Obama's excuses and cover-ups may just start to ask the right questions just before election time and that's a good thing.
The onus is on the president. Politics is a game of chess. Now its the presidents move. we all know the answer to Trumps deal the president wont make a move. We dont have the medias backing. The only conservative forum is talk radio and the internet. Let's make some chatter!!
I love Trump so funny but you know coward arrogant Obama won't give up his secrets or any of his false documents. If Obama doesn't take Trump up on his offer you will not only know he has something to hide, he also proves he is not for the poor inner city kids.
If trump can afford 5 million to charity, he can afford a better videographer (sp). Trump gets a tax right off and calls Oblahblahblah out at the same time. Win win.
if this offer was given to Romney, there would be a very happy charity with 5 million dollars, and that would have happened about 10minutes after the offer. Nothing from the Bamster.....this silence is deafening. I just hope I am still alive when they finally out this fraud.
Trump after the deadline should give the 5mill to some charities anyways. So he can save face. Someones records shouldn't keep him from helping if you have the money and can.

I had my hopes up about his announcement. What a let down. What a joke! Obama won't do any of it and if he does and his papers look honest and credible, it may make more people vote for him. This could be a catch 22.

For those questioning the value of college records heres why: They will indicate other things BHO IS HIDING. His family didnt have a lot of money, so how did he get into ivy league schools? It has been "reported" he was no straight A student, so it wasn't academic scholarships?! Not an an athlete either that got in on athletic scholarships?!

Sites quick to dispel the birther argument have in fact supported/ validated a legal name change following his adoption to Lolo Soetoro.
If he was in fact adopted by Soetoro and his name LEGALLY changed to Barry Soetoro WHEN.... WHEN was it LEGALLY changed back to Barack Hussein Obama II?
The birth certificate controversy is a smokescreen to keep eyes off of finding out who he is legally. Remember he was sent back to Hawaii to be raised by his grandparents following his mothers failed second marriage. They through no malice on their own would have continued to call him Barry Obama/ Dunham. You see NO ONE really knows because all these records were sealed BEFORE the '08 election! Who does that? Why would anyone do that before they are elected POTUS?
I contend he started identifying himself as Obama, after embracing his african heritage during his late teens early college years, not realizing until it was too late LEGALLY he is Soetoro! This my friends is a simple case of identity fraud.
Once your name is legally changed you cannot sign contracts,bank checks, bills etc etc under another name! College applications, passport application, financial aid applications are all contracts! Registering to run for POTUS everything he has signed his name to is a legal contract he has been signing as BHO when legally he is Barry Soetoro!
Don't believe me go ahead and sign your next credit card charge, check, contract for whatever business your conducting or other legally binding contract using your middle name and mothers maiden name or any other name not on your drivers license and see what happens!
IMO Trumps goal is to see who BHO is identifying himself as on college, financial aid and passport records. I'm going to make a bold statement here and please don't flame me over it. For a period of time I hammered Trump on twitter to read my argument (http://savingtherepublic.com/Who_is_BHO.html) and I in fact challenged Trump to put his money where his mouth is! I challenged Trump to use his money to get someone to cough up the records in Hawaii or at one of the colleges. The Tweets are out there in cyberspace if I could post them I would but would take a long time to locate! Do I take credit for this challenge NO, but I hope I along with others may have influenced him to do this.
If this is the case and I agree with your take, I would like the supporting documentation to be brought forth and so that all of the documents he signed as a fraudulent president be NULLIFIED.

Though Trump has a lot of naysayers on this thread for various reasons, i'm 100% with him on the transcript hunt. If it is revealed that 0 claimed to be a foriegn born student it should come out in the REAL transcripts. If the transcripts don't come out with this kind of bounty on them,...........hey, anyone smell fish.
I think there is more to this. Trump probably has copies of the college transcripts and is giving Obama a chance to release them on his own. Trump knows Obama isn't going to do it, and I think the transcripts will be released by Trump before the election on or shortly after Oct. 31.
I read somewhere that he is working with Sheriff Joe and the posse' and if Barky Boy doesn't fork them over, the Posse will on 10/31

I think this is a great offer ($5mln for his choice of charity), and Obama should take it. Not for himself, he will be doing it for the poor, and would also end all speculations. This is O's chance to contribute to society and also shut Trump up!
I've thought about it and maybe Donald held up on the bombshell because alred is in the radar and he will wait to see what comes up on that, I read this morning that Romney's lawyer saud that he has no objections on the testimony being released, I take that as good sign.

I'm not a huge Trump fan. I get what he's trying to do here but it won't work.
Obama is Obama's #1 priority- always has been. He won't take the deal because it
wouldn't be advantageous for him to do so. He will just feign moral outrage
and offer the excuse that he can't be bought. Ha.
All Trump is doing is "beating a dead horse" with this college transcript/birth certificate nonsense. This might have been relevent in 2008, but not now! For such a BIG announcement, this is pathetic!
Obama isn't dumb enough to fall for it, all he cares about is staying in power as long as he can, even if that means not spending an extra 5 million to his Muslim Brotherhood Fund. But I do know, Trump is just as egotistic as Obama and this "deal" proves just that! For Trump its just another day at the office, create win/win situations that will make him look good. Sorry, Trump, I'm not buying it...
The way Trump has made the offer is a win/win situation for The Donald because it will expose that Obama cannot openly show his college transcripts because he was a foreign student in the U.S. at that time, nor can he show his passport as this one is either Kenyan/UK or Indonesian passport. So Obama is not going to release anything and the people will think that it is very strange that the President is willing to let a charity organization down by 5 Million USD. Nobody will understand that!!!!
Furthermore on October 31st 2012, I am sure that Trump will give this big check to charity anyway, which will make the situation for Obama even worse.
