Hmm, many states have laws so that residents who are active duty military are not required to pay state income taxes. Montana is one, as to how many other states do this I’m not sure.

Florida doesn’t have a state income tax – so that isn’t an issue.

West and his family were ATTACKED by the Party of Slavery, and he needs to launch a critical counterattack against each and every individual involved, and their organization. It’s amazing: these doubtlessly predominantly white criminals are free to victimize Lieutenant Colonel West, and there’s not one cry of racism. And in this case, it would more than likely be true. The democrats epitomize ‘some of my best friends are blacks’. They slobber all over the blacks that are slaves to their party line and ideology, but ignore or lavish hatred all over those that don’t. Obama is historic, he’s the second black president (ask Slick Willy). Clarence Thomas is not historic, just being the first black Conservative on the United States Supreme Court. Condolezza Rice, before turning RINO and supporting Obama, wasn’t historic. After all, she was only the first black woman ranked by Forbes as most powerful woman in the world, 2k4 & 2k5. It wasn’t historic that she was the first black woman secretary of state. It wasn’t historic that she was the first black female national security advisor. Well it would seem very likely, he retired in the summer of 2004. If the tax lien was issued in 2005 it would have been for either 2003 or ’04 taxes. From what I can find he and his family moved to Florida from Texas after he left the service.

Trying to expose Allen West as a tax cheat, the Florida Democrat Party went WAY over the line by failing to remove his SSN from the tax document they sent to over 60,000 Floridians. To top that off, the continued to attack him in their apology statement:
“After making every effort to remove all of Allen West’s private information, unlike West who refuses to apologize to Florida’s taxpayers for not paying his taxes and his bills, we apologize for the oversight of not redacting this information from public record included in the mailer…”
So they basically make it virtually impossible that he won’t be a victim of identity theft, and yet they still attack him even in their apology?!?!? What scumbags! Really, how scummy can you get?
