John Bolton gave a foreign policy speech at the GOP Convention in California where he said that in 2008 Obama wasn’t qualified to be President and two years later he still isn’t qualified to be President. He adds that Obama doesn’t care about foreign policy and says that he’s the first president since Franklin Roosevelt who isn’t motivated every day by a concern for national security.
