It's only because he's amongst civilized Conservatives that the heckler feels that he can attempt to shout down the speaker with relative impunity. A flip-side heckler at a leftist event would be beaten while being thrown out.
I'd like to hear what the guy was screaming about and hear Christie take him down on that issue specifically. I'm a huge Christie fan, but I don't see this exchange as any more proof of his rhetorical dominance. Not that more proof is needed.
