If this is true, then the campaign is in violation of US election laws.
Of course he has to go to foreign donors. His biggest support base in the US are on food stamps and don't have jobs.
Apparently cheaters do prosper.

Diane Feinstein investigating oil companies because of California's high gas prices. How about you investigate the POTUS instead? What a sham! CA high gas prices include almost .70 cents per gallon in taxes. GOVERNMENT is the problem! These people are all crooks.

And there needs to be an investigation on the foreign donations. Shouldn't take long-it's obvious what they've been doing.

The Obama campaign needs to have foreign donors...most of their supporters don't have any money as they collect unemployment, welfare, food stamps and obamaphones.
I read on Breitbart that the processing fees are substantially higher on transactions where the security code is not used. So it makes no sense at all not to use them if the donation is above board. The estimate given in the article was $7 million more in processing fees paid on these donations. A costly decision unless they are illegal IMHO.
Hope no-one seriously doubts this - the last campaign was bad enough, and even if they're forced to add the security feature, they still had a month+ to essentially commit fraud against the America people - yet again. Processing without security is more expensive - but maybe not if you're zero.
Why the heck would Hollywood and business types like Clooney be hosting campaign parties in Italy and other foreign countries, otherwise?

The tell is that the amounts were mostly not whole numbers. Foreign exchange of money and conversion to USD makes amounts that are not whole numbers...
The one hitch is the donations come in net of cc fees which will cause the lack of a round number too. With that said, the fees are easily calculated so you can back into the gross donation amount. Then you can see if there is foreign exchange transaction impact.
These are brave men to show their faces and say they are going to keep after this. I hope they are well guarded, because I don't trust the Obama administration.

Dear leader did the same thing last time. He got called out on some of the bigger donations coming out of Gaza, but depended on smaller donations from out of country donors whom couldn't be traced. I know more people were asleep last time around, but I can't help but think he'll get away with this and much more before the election comes around. Glad though that there are folks talking about it and calling for investigations.
They can be traced with the right team on the case. All financial transactions leave finger prints even though that are prepaid cards.

Donations are drying up domestically....he has to use oversea donations...especially from sources in the Middle East with Palestinian connections.....not Security Code....not question where they are from or is there......So people can just donate without Fraud Firewall From Anywhere....Obama is desperate for cash and what better part of the world to get donations from then where he identifies the most: Middle East and the Muslims.
